Palm & Preserve is a single-story, four-bedroom home in Lake Wilson Preserve, a quiet residential community in Davenport's Four Corners area. It sits close enough to the parks that early starts stay easy, and far enough out that evenings are genuinely calm.

Most of the day happens out back. The screened lanai wraps a full-size pool in a tall enclosure that keeps the bugs out and softens the Florida sun. Loungers line the deck, a covered corner offers shaded seating, and with an outdoor dining table and BBQ grill right there, it's easy to stay out from breakfast straight through dinner.

Inside, the living room, dining area, and kitchen share one open, tiled space under vaulted ceilings, with sliding doors to the pool deck that pull light all the way through. The updated kitchen keeps whoever's cooking in the conversation. It has stainless appliances, enough counter and cabinet space to cook a week of real meals, and a breakfast bar for anyone who'd rather perch than sit. The dining table seats six, and the sectional belongs to whoever gets there first.

The primary suite is the largest bedroom, with a king bed, an en-suite bath with a big walk-in shower, and its own door straight onto the pool deck for an easy afternoon swim. Of the other three rooms, one pairs a full bed with a desk for anyone checking in with work, one has a queen, and one has two twins for the kids. They share a second full bath, and the in-home washer and dryer mean you can pack light and still head home with a clean suitcase.

When it's time to head out, Disney's nearest gates are about 15 to 20 minutes away, Universal is roughly 30 to 35 minutes up I-4 with SeaWorld a little closer, and LEGOLAND is about 40 minutes south in Winter Haven. ChampionsGate is under 10 minutes away for groceries at Publix and a cluster of casual restaurants, and Posner Park adds shopping, dining, and a movie theater just beyond. Slower days are easy to fill, too, whether that's a lakeside stroll through Celebration's town center or an afternoon on the slides at Island H2O.

- This home allows up to 2 pets for a fee; undisclosed pets brought without AvantStay’s approval may result in a $500 fine per pet.
- Pool and spa heat are available from November 1 through March 31 for an additional fee.
- The property is not part of a community resort, so it does not have access to community amenities such as a pool or gym.

Parking Space:
- This property provides parking for 1 car only.
- No parking on street, on grass/lawns, on, over or impeding sidewalk, within 15ft of any mailbox or hydrant, and within 30ft from any STOP sign.
- Commercial, recreation, or signed vehicles are not allowed to enter Lake Wilson Preserve Community.
- No boats, trailers, RVs, golf carts, and the like.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
