The place was nice and plenty of space it was great it really felt like I was at home from the decorations to the room decor everything they also had all the cool wear you could even need which was amazing.the pool was huge and very clean that was a big plus the area was really quiet as well which I loved and no one was a bother.also the location is amazing everything was close and great distance which was so convenient.my overall stay was perfect

It was "okay"

The house was nice and beautiful. Plenty of space for a family vacation. The pool was awesome to have while we stayed. There were a few things that I was not happy with. The lockbox for the key needs to be replaced. It took several of us to open it. The thermostat is set at 77 degrees. It was super hot the day we arrived. You are able to move it to only 72 degrees. Due to the AC unit will freeze if you put it under 72 degrees and it will not work. There were two nights we all woke up super hot and sweaty due to the thermostat temperature was set to 77 degrees. The thermostat is lock so it is set to stay at 77 degrees. The full size bed is completely broken and needs to be replaced. The house was not fully clean. There was some areas that were filthy, especially the main bathroom door in front of the toilet had some weird dirty stains. The shower heads need better cleaning they are moldy and there is pink residue build up on the shower heads and walls. Which the pink residue is actually bacteria. DSV only provides you 1 toilet paper roll, 1 large trash bag, and 1 small paper towel. Any extra you will need to purchase on your own. The carpets in the bathrooms are dirty and need to be washed. They need to hire a better cleaning crew or company. I don’t think i will rent again from DSV. It's better to get a rental home from an actual owner than a company based own.

Just an “okay” rental

All in all, it was a nice place and we were fine staying there. The cost was very reasonable, luckily. I feel like the rental needs some updating. Tack strips from the carpet are showing in some places, screen pool cover needs fixed or cleaned. Pool was mostly in the shade and constantly had debris in it from the trees. You could skim the pool 24/7 and never get it cleared out. One of the couches had French fries and dirt in between the cushions that should have been vacuumed and we found a medication in the kitchen drawer from a previous renter (I’m guessing) that should have been thrown out. All the mattresses seemed old and the cheapest they could find to furnish the bedrooms. It was a great location for what we were there for. I liked the fact that is was plain and not very decorated. The decor in some rentals can be a bit overwhelming. The listing stated there was a king bed and there was not a king bed. The rental was just mediocre to me. Not a place I would rent again.
