Livin' Free 2 is a 2-level with:
- 1 Queen bedroom and full bathroom on the main floor
- Two of the 3 King bedrooms upstairs have their own 'en suite bathrooms
- Remaining King and 2 twin rooms share a full hall bathroom, which is set up perfect for sharing with separate doors to access the tub/shower room and stool. (Twin/Full bunkbed and additional Twin in each room, so 3 beds in each room)
- 4 Adult bedrooms have private tv's

Kitchen is fully stocked, including 12 cup regular & Keurig coffee makers, blender, crock pot, griddle, rice cooker, mixer, pots and pans and cooking utensils. This kitchen has all you need to prepare meals, not just a bare minimum of equipment. All linens, including pool towels provided.

We have stayed in Windsor Hills twice before. This time was amazing. The house was perfect for us. It was a good proximity to the club house and right across from the big playground. The hosts were very friendly and responsive.

We truly had an incredible experience. The house's close proximity to Disney World made our stay all the more enjoyable, and I really appreciated how clean and well-maintained it was. My favourite location in central Florida for travelling to all attractions. A pleasant house offering most things we needed. The resort facilities are amazing but with so much to do in the area we hardly used them, however they are great for a relaxing day if there is time.

Magical vacation

We truly enjoyed this house from it’s 13 minute drive to the parks to the spacious accommodations. Fourteen of us joined for this Disney vacation. Being able to be together under one roof made it enjoyable. Thank you for the welcome snacks and for the fun game room for the kids of all ages.

The house was as described. It was very clean. The location was great for our purposes of visiting the parks. We had the pool heated and my grandkids enjoyed the pool every day. They also enjoyed the community pool. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need to make meals at home. It was a nice neighborhood to take a walk and I felt safe there as the security was very good with a gated entrance. The host was very easy to reach. We had no issues during our stay as the house was well maintained. I would definitely recommend this house to friends.

Wonderful property!

This house was perfect for our "family friends" trip to Orlando! The kids loved the game room! The house was spacious and had everything we needed! The pool was awesome, and the location to the playground was perfect. On our day off between SeaWorld and Disney, we all enjoyed the slides and kiddie area at the resort. We will definitely use this house again in the future!!

Stayed with extended family after a Disney trip. House was clean and had everything needed to make meals. Lots of towels and even beach towels. Pool was great !! Kids loved the game room !! 1st visit to Orlando

My family had a mini reunion and stayed at this fabulous home. It has all of the amenities needed. The house is clean and lots of room for large families. The pool was great. We paid extra to have it heated and it was awesome. The air conditioning in the home worked really good and was appreciated due to the hot weather and humidity. The house is very close to shopping and to all of the Disney parks. I’d definitely stay here again. Thank you Laura for being a great host and for being very responsive to all communication.

Our family vacation at this house was the most fun and relaxing vacation! We are water lovers and paid to keep pool heated, best choice ever! We spent about 15 hours a day pool side. Kids and adults loved every minute! Kitchen was everything a cook wanted from crock pot to endless dishes. Lots of towels, bathrooms and room for everyone and everything! Laura was an excellent host and was right there if I had any questions. The community was so safe, one uber driver said as safe as Fort Knox! Loved our vacation!!! I highly recommend this house!!

Livin’Free 2 was an amazing stay!

Our family stayed at Livin’ Free 2 property at the Windsor Hills Resort in Kissimmee. The house was better than expected and had everything needed to make the week a perfect family vacation. Our kids are college age, and were planning to go to Universal Studios every day. However once they saw the pool/hot tub and the game room, they stayed around the house much more than we expected. I think all of us got the relaxation needed as well as a little bit better at foosball!The property was well maintained, had all the needs of living at the home, including pots, pans and dishes for cooking and eating. There were lots of towels for each bath along with plenty of pool towels.Laura was excellent at communicating and met all our expectations with rental, arrival and departure. She was quick with responding and we never had a concern about reaching out.Overall would highly recommend!
