This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps up to 8 guests and is designed to give you plenty of room to relax between adventures.

• Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed
• Bedroom 3: Two twin beds
• Two folding beds: Best suited for children or young adults
The master bedroom has recently been updated with new furniture and décor, giving the space a fresh and inviting feel.

EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO FEEL AT HOME
The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare breakfast before heading to the parks or enjoy a relaxed dinner at home.
The kitchen includes:
• Full-size appliances
• Microwave
• 12-cup drip coffee maker
• Dishes and utensils
• Pots and pans

There’s also a full-size washer and dryer inside the condo, so you can pack a little lighter and keep up with laundry during your stay.
Linens and bath towels are provided. Pool towels are NOT provided.

Everyone can unwind after a long day with 4 TVs throughout the condo, all equipped with Roku.

STARTER SUPPLIES INCLUDED
We provide a starter supply to help you settle in:
• 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
• 2 small bar soaps per bathroom
• 1 travel-size bottle of shampoo per bathroom
• 1 roll of paper towels
• Laundry detergent for 1 load
• 2 dishwasher pods
• 1 small bottle of dish detergent
• 2 trash bags per container
Once the starter supplies are used, guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies as needed. Nearby stores make replenishing anything easy.

IMPORTANT AC INFORMATION
For proper operation of the air-conditioning system, the thermostat cannot be set below 72°F. Setting the AC below 72°F may cause the system to freeze and stop working.

SECURITY CAMERA DISCLOSURE
For security purposes, there is an active Ring Video Doorbell located at the front door of the property. The device is located outside the unit and monitors the exterior entry area.
