The house was in a convenient location. It was abou 15 min away from Disney and Universal Studios. Very close to shopping center and fast food .. the house was clean bed rooms were spacious. The master room's bed made alot of noise squeak every time you moved a hair. The rest of the rooms were good. I was really excited to rent this house because of the pool, but honestly it was not clean at all it was green and u can tell it has not been clean in a while the green scum was all around the wall and alot of dirt in the bottom. I was pretty disgusted with that. The kitchen area was ok. The stove needed replacing im guessing someone burned something in it and caught on fire and still have the fire marks on there I was afraid to use it. Everything else aas okay for the price i will give it 6/10.

The property was very nice our major concern was the hot tub didn’t heat to beable to relax in at nite and the air conditioner wasn’t an air conditioner when u couldn’t adjust it past a certain point to make ur stay a cool one. I also think that the basics should be included like a hotel would offer garbage bags toilet paper. Other then that the house worked for our needs and loved that everyone had their own bathrooms

Everything was amazing! .. property was super clean ( amazed by housekeeping job). House was well equipped with everything you might need .. everything was properly working and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Lovely neighborhood too . Will definitely book again and highly recommend it .

The home was beautiful! Much bigger than I expected it to be, extremely clean, and nearby many things. Will definitely be using Pool Homes by Emerald America again!
