Worst Vacation Rental Home... Nightmare. Vacasa is terrible property management. DO NOT RENT!
Our family checked into this house on 04/16/2022 1)The hot tub outside was completely out of order, no jets turning on. We called the property manager upon arrival. Customer service did not know how to operate the hot tub. He did not even know where the switch was located. The switch was located on the ground next to the hot tub and was stuck/not turning on. There was blue/ green algae, debris found in both hot tub and pool. Technician came on 04/20/2022 (4 days requested) and did not fix the problem nor did they check chlorine levels and or clean the pool. It was unsafe to be inside due to obvious signs of blue/ green algae growth / signs of bacterial growth Hazardous. 2) The refridgerator was broken... Not cooling. Freezer was not freezing. We also notified property managment of this problem upon arrival and the technician did not come until Thursday 04/21/2022. They did not fix the problem and all of our purchased vegetable/ meat spoiled. My entire family was sick with food poisoning from false pretenses that refrigerator and freezer was working, especially since the technician told it was on Thursday, 04/21/2022 before leaving the house. The refridgerator was leaking and water was draining from the bottom all over the kitchen floor. We had to put towels to soak up the water that drained onto the kitchen floor. 3) Sink was constantly clogging and insinerator did not work. Technician was not able to fix on 04/21/2022. 4)Kitchen does not have enough pots/ pans to cook for more than 4 people. 5) Furniture has lots of rips/wear and tear. The leather sofa in living room has rips all over. The sofa bed was sinking in bad condition. The outdoor furniture also had rips/ tears. All furniture in poor condition. 6. Game room in poor condition. The pool table was broken and pool sticks were missing. 7. Toilet in master bath room kept running water and not flushing properly. 8. Shower in master bathroom drained slowly and the wood tiles were seperating from shower flooring. Obvious signs of mold/mildew, debris, residual hair stuck under the wooden tiles. I constantly cleaned off hair strands from the shower floor from previous guest... Very disgusting! 9)The bed rooms on the first floor has bed bugs. Family members discovered they had bed bug bites. Confirmed by physician.Overall this house is in poor condition. Everyone was sick with bacteria/ viral infection from contaminated pool and food poisoning due to broken fridge. Management did not give refund.
