It made the coming and going less stressful. This building and unit were just across from where my family owns a condo so that made it even more perfect. Karl, the owner, communicated all the details needed. While we didn't need to contact him during our stay, I know he would have responded immediately based on our communication leading up to our stay. The resort has been well maintained and there are plenty of amenities. We spent most of our time off property, but it was nice to have a comfortable place to come back to. I'd highly recommend booking Karl's unit as well as the resort. ##### Kelly J. Beautiful, quiet, gated community. The condo is located on the first floor right next to the pool/beach/dock and restaurant. After a long day out and about, it is really the best place to come home to and relax. The condo was very spacious. We hosted three other vacationing families for dinners and there was plenty of room for everyone. It was equipped with everything we needed for the week. The screened in porch with ceiling fan was a lovely bonus. I had a few questions and the owner was super fast to answer every time. Check-in was flawless. We have stayed in a few different units at Bahama Bay in the past and this was by far our favorite. ##### Lana W. First floor end unit made it especially accessible. It was clean, quiet, spacious - and having the washer and dryer available was a big plus. The king bed was very comfortable and having double sinks in the bathroom was an extra plus. We got to see two little armadillos our first morning just outside the lanai! The resort is beautifully landscaped and maintained with 3 large ponds, 4 large pools, 6 hot tubs, shuffleboard, ping pong, billiards, on site restaurant, well equipped fitness center. When we contacted maintenance for a minor issue, they came right away and took care of it. Also, extra towels & supplies were ours for the asking.
