If a treatment happens to fall during your stay, we will notify you as soon as possible and kindly ask for your cooperation or help in arranging a suitable time. 🛂 Guest Requirements \- Guests must carefully review the full listing details before booking. Failure to read disclosures or comply with house rules does not qualify for a refund. \- If you choose to cancel, our standard cancellation policy will apply. \- The primary guest listed on the reservation must provide a photo of their government-issued ID via messenger once the booking is confirmed. \- The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years old and must be one of the guests staying at the property. \- If the person who booked the reservation is under the age of 21, a $100 security deposit is required and will be returned after 14 days if no damages are found. There are no exceptions to this rule. \- No third-party bookings allowed unless agreed upon in writing. \- Only the number of guests listed in the reservation may stay overnight, unless approved in writing. \- We can accommodate a maximum of 2 guests at any given time—for your comfort and the sanity of our cleaners. If desired, up to 3 guests may be allowed with host approval and an extra guest fee of $15/night per guest (applies to children over age 2). 🐾 No Pets Allowed Pets are not permitted. Unauthorized pets will incur a $300 fee. ⏰ Check-In / Check-Out \- Early check-in is available upon request for $30 (subject to availability, not guaranteed). \- Late check-out is available upon request for $35 and extends your stay until 12 noon. Please make the request before your scheduled check-out time so we can notify our cleaners in advance. \- Standard check-out is by 10 AM. Unauthorized late check-out will incur a $100 fee. Please respect this time so our cleaners can prepare the home for the next guests. 🚗 Parking We can accommodate one vehicle only per reservation. On site parking is first come first serve. If the spaces are full, there is free street parking nearby. Just be mindful of not blocking any driveways or mailboxes. 📅 Reservation Changes We kindly ask all guests to review their travel plans carefully before booking. \- We do not accept any reservation changes within 30 days of the check-in date, except for stay extensions (if available). \- This means we are unable to approve requests to: ❌ Shorten your stay ❌ Move your reservation to a later date ❌ Adjust your existing dates once you are within the 30-day window ✅ If you’re unable to keep your reserved dates, please cancel your reservation through Airbnb at your earliest convenience so the calendar can open for other guests. 📌 Stay Guidelines \- Please note: The plumbing system in the bathroom can be loud at times. On the first night at 1am the host contacted us about excessive music complaints. Her message was rude and insistent about the rules. We were asleep, making no noise and heard no music from the other units. Then the next morning we were hassled again by the host about where our car was parked. Our car wasn’t even on the property, it was at our friends house nearby. There was 1 roll of TP in the unit. We had to buy more. A coffee maker but no coffee. No cushions for the patio furniture and the patio was covered with leaves. There was extreme dust on the fan so we couldn’t use it. The AC unit in the bedroom didn’t have a working remote to adjust the temperature. There were cobwebs all over. Hair and mold in the shower. They even had the audacity to have a tip envelope for the housekeeper, who clearly didn’t do anything. The state of the place and the host rudely disturbing our trip for things we weren’t doing is why I give a low rating.
