This property was perfect for our family of 6 adults. It was close to Universal Studios and in a nice neighborhood. The home was clean and nicely decorated. The pool was a refreshing amenity after a hot day at the park. The beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet, so we were able to get a good nights' rest!

Fantastic stay with wonderful hosts! The home was exactly as pictured, freshly cleaned, and had everything we needed! The hosts were extremely responsive and accommodating. We went to Halloween horror nights and the uber there and back was only 6 each way, VERY close by! Neighborhood was beautiful as well and close to everything. Would definitely stay again!

Great attention to detail!

Location of the house couldn’t have been more perfect! We loved the style of the house. The decor was amazing! Everything was very clean and seemed very new! We had plenty of room for our family of 4. We would highly recommend the house to anyone interested! Hoping to stay there again in the future!

My friends and I highly enjoyed this space for a friend-union. Everyone was comfortable in their rooms and we enjoyed the outdoor pool/patio area! Genesis was very communicative and the listing was exactly as pictured and described. Our only wish was to go to Universal Studios, as you should definitely take advantage or how close it was!! If we ever are back in Orlando, we will be sure to book again.

This place was great for family of 6 to stay for the week while visiting Universal. Great location and easy access to the parks. You could see the fireworks show from across the lake! The pool was nice and well maintained. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. Areas for improvement:1) the grass had not been cut in some time and was up to my knees in some areas. I notified the host and she told me service was due later that week, but for 5/7 of our days we had ridiculously long grass, which didn’t give off a very relaxing vibe. 2) We only had a set of 8 bath towels for 6 people, which coming in from a long day at the parks made it more exhausting to have to do laundry every single day. At least 2 towels/person should be provided at minimum.3)a rug for the dining table - it was quite loud every time you push or pull a chair. 4) the game table - only the pool table was fully functional. The ping pong net was broken and the air hockey did not have a puck provided. 5) if they really want to get a 5 star review - provide more items such as paper towels, laundry/dish detergent, fabric softener, garbage bags, etc. There were enough for maybe the first day or 2, but not near enough to last a week. We did our best to be clean guests but didn’t expect to have to make these additional purchases.

The house was beautiful and very clean. I enjoyed our stay. Had a little issue with the grill but as soon as I let them know they went above and beyond trying to get us sorted! Will be staying here again next time we take a trip. The neighborhood overlooks many lakes. We enjoyed fireworks from the theme parks standing in the driveway that overlooks a lake! The pool was also beautiful.

Great for a family. Wish we had more than one small bath towel per person. You must buy your own trash bags and extra paper towels. Even 2 trash bags would be helpful and an extra roll of paper towels. Usually at this price you would think a few extra disposable items would be included. Overall pretty good house.
