Paradise House is a Single Story Detached Property (3 Nights Stay required) that Sleeps up to 10 people at any one time! This is a five star rated villa with Pool that was completely refurbished in 2009. Paradise house is situated on Indian Creek, Kissimmee, Florida which is only 2.5 miles from Disney, 20 minutes from the International Airport, 10 minutes from International Drive, and approximately 20 to 30 minuets from Universal Studios and Sea World! This unique property features 5 bedrooms and 4 Bathrooms which have been professionally designed, furnished and upgraded in all aspects. The kitchen contains all necessary utensils needed. We have added a games room with pool-table, air hockey, Football table and electronic darts. Plasma TV in Living area, playstation, Free Wifi internet access, unlimited free calls to USA and CANADA are also included. It works... just not great

This house is a good value, especially if you are planning to spend your days away from it exploring Orlando. It has good space, but A LOT of rules from the property managers/owners. Also, some of the written rules are different than those in the app (check out/check in), so it was complicated to ensure we were doing things right so that we didn’t/don’t get fined. The decor is interesting, the floors were not clean at all (neither were a lot of the dishes, and the dishwasher was REALLY loud), but the space itself is functional and was great for two families.

All good except...

The alarm had a "System Low Battery" message that flashed and beeped during the night. And it pings in the master bedroom literally every minute. That started the third night of our stay. I called and requested service. It wasn't beeping after our day out of the house so I thought the battery had been replaced. Turns out it was not addressed until three days later, making the master bedroom unfit to sleep in. This did ruin three nights of sleep for me and my wife. Otherwise, the house was great, lots of dishes, very clean. Cupboards a little dated but functional. The pool was a little chilly but it was the end of March and coming from Michigan and Maryland the family was fine with it. Some Orlando area friends visited us and said they felt the pool was too cold, but they keep their own pool very warm. Anyway, nice house. Comfy beds. Good wifi. Lots of towels. A good variety of dishes and cookware. Enjoyed the game room in the garage. That's one other thing they should try to change. Every time the door to the garage from the house is opened it beeps inside the house...inconvenient when trying to get in a late-night game of pool with refreshments while others are sleeping.

Great home away from home while visiting Orlando

Super house: spacious, comfortable, stylish yet child-friendly. Comfortable bedding, ample linens, fully-equipped kitchen. Loved the pool and hot tub after a long day at the park. We were 5 adults and 2 children, ranging in age from 1 to 60 and everyone was happy! Host was gracious and efficient. Would stay again!

Great house

This is a great location. The house is just as advertised! No surprises, it was clean, we'll equipped and in a safe area. We were in Orlando for golf, no kids so the little beds were interesting how ever the house work perfectly. It is large enough to get your space. This is a good thing with 4 guys and a couple. The hot tub and pool were wonderful after a long day of golf.
