The home features an open floor plan with a large Kitchen, Family Room, Living Room, Dinning Room and a South facing private Pool with Spa and over-sized Pool Deck. The covered Lanai has a table and chairs and no rear neighbors, perfect for sunset dining. The Master Bedroom has a King size Bed and a large en-suite Bathroom. In addition the home has a second King size bedroom with the bathroom just outside so can easily be used as a second master, two Twin Bedrooms and a Hall Bathroom. All bedrooms feature flat screen Roku TV's. To help you relax after a long day at the parks cool off in the pool, watch a movie or play a game. In the Games Room is a Ping Pong / Air Hockey Table and a Pool Table. Free WIFI and Phone calls within the USA and to Canada and Puerto Rico. Traveling with small Children, we have you covered. The home has a Pack 'n' Play, High Chair and Stroller. A short walk from the home is the Children's Playground and Tennis Courts.
