First, the place is HUGE!! Plenty of room for a large family and the upstairs is amazing with a super sized living room connecting the bedrooms. Second, the place is squeaky clean. They take incredible care of the home. Outdoor pool and hot tub were nice and the covered patio area has 2 sitting areas. Finally, the host is very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend
