The refrigerator/freezer was not working correctly and all our food defrosted. The maintenance team fixed it and then the refrigerator side froze all our remaining food despite being on a mid setting. The refrigerator is old and needs to be replaced. When the rain started , water began seeping in through the windows in the kitchen and the upstairs front bedroom. We had to use towels to soaks up the water and there was mold visible around the window. The TVs are way too small for the unit. In particular the living room tv is about the size a computer monitor. We had to move the sofas closer to be able to watch anything. Our stay was in the middle of Hurricane Milton as we had evacuated from Sarasota. Has we been here on Vacation I would have a lot more challenges with the unit including the fact that the community pool etc is closed for renovations but we received no correspondence before arriving or at booking. The Condo itself was clean, and accommodating to our group of 6\. There was a lack of utensils and knifes, if you are planning on cooking, bring your own utensils and knifes, pots and pans. Also, the very upstairs toilet is leaking, so if you’re urinating it may leak out the bottom of the toilet. The hvac air handler closet room is leaking, entire room gets wet.
