The kitchen has upgraded cabinetry and tile along with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The fully furnished kitchen is perfect for those times when eating in makes sense. And, with plenty of seating at the kitchen bar, the large dining room table AND poolside, this home offers a perfect opportunity to bond together during meal times. Each of the stunning bedrooms are uniquely decorated and all offer large flat screen TV''s, most with 42 inch flat screens. Enjoy the game room complete with a billiards table. The large pool and spa are a gem for hours of family fun and the chaise loungers, located poolside, will help you achieve that perfect Florida tan. In addition, there is a washer and dryer along with FREE WIFI for your convenience.
There is an additional optional charge per day plus tax to heat the pool/spa. The spa will not heat up without the pool heater being turned on.
