This condo features one master bedroom with a King size bed and 2nd bedroom with two twin size beds. There is also a sofa bed in the living room, so the condo can accommodate up to 6 people. It has a private driveway and a single car garage. The kitchen and the dinning room are fully equipped.

Furthermore, this condo is equipped with wireless high speed internet, cable TV and DVD player (in the living room and master bedroom), and unlimited local and national calling, all available at no additional cost for guests. All linens and towels are supplied for your stay, with all kitchen utensils and crockery provided too.
 
The Wishes condo is fully licensed and registered  in the state of Florida. We have a professional property management company on to take good care of the condo and provide assistance to guests.
 
The Wishes vacation home is part of the Oakwater Resort, a quiet gated community with a lake view. This resort is new and superbly located, only 2 miles from Walt Disney World, 10 miles from Sea World, 15 miles from Universal Studio and the airport, and 30 miles from Lego Land.
 
There are a lot of shops, restaurant, and entertainment venues nearby.
 
The amenities of the resort include a beautiful heated community pool with zero entry (perfect for little kids), fitness center, a 4000 sq feet clubhouse with Tiki bar, tennis court , playground and spray pad.

Perfect for a Disney Trip!!

The owner was so easy to work with. The location is SO CLOSE to all four Disney Parks! We loved the convenience of the stores and restaurants near by too. The condo was clean and in a quiet safe complex. Over all the perfect place for our Disney trip 👍

Great clean condo. Owner very responsive as property manager company had forgotten starter pak. Mistakes happen but she was fast responding and quick with a solution. Good location and nice gated community

Beautiful!!!

My family of 4 was very comfortable in this place it was clean and I felt very at home here. Living room couch and table could be replaced but doesn’t change the way I felt about my stay. Next time I come to Orlando for vacation I’m sure I’ll book here again!!!

I enjoyed my stay at the condo. The convenience of being right behind Walmart was a plus! The condo was clean and had everything needed. Community was nice and quiet. Pool/Hot tub area was convenient to access. Property left good instructions on what was expected.

Lovely

The property was perfect for us. As described either bring all you will need as far as toiletries and cleaning supplies, but Walmart is literally right there, you can see it from your door. We would absolutely stay here again

Great location. Easy to find. Despite the number of neighbors, it was very quiet. My only issue was me vs the stairs lol. But I knew they were there & it's not the owner's fault I'm out of shape lol. And Walmart was literally right outside of the gate so we were get food & supplies quickly.

We stayed for a week and had no issues. The location was great, very close to Disney and easy access to major highways to travel to Legoland and Kennedy Space Center. It was a quiet neighborhood and the house was clean. We would stay again.

Perfect for our two week get-away

Over all it was just perfect for our two week stay in busy Orland, Fl. We loved hanging out at the pool and using the workout room located the club house The belcony was also a favorite to have our moring coffe as we made our plans for that days events. We did have a small issue with the t.v.remote however the owner and property mamanger were 100% on point with resolving the issue immediately. We hope to book again in the future.

Great location to go yo Disney

It was a typical Florida condo. Had everything we needed. Walmart in the backyard was super convenient. Only downside is that the Lyft drivers could never find us. Other than that had a great time. Pool was really nice. Safe gated community as well

Very pleasant stay

Quiet despite close to busy road and Walmart. Nice neighborhood and amenities. The only improvements to the unit would be new power cord to router and black-out panels for bedroom windows. Coasters and hot pads would have been helpful and sofa was a bit worn. Overall would stay there again. Thank you.

Blissful and active family getaway

Villa and the entire St. Regis property are gorgeous. It was a wonderful place for our family of 5 to stay. The rooms are spacious. The kitchen has all you need to cook dinners and the outdoor patio is perfect for relaxing. If you have a younger child, it’s also great that one of the bathrooms has a large bathtub. Antonio was super responsive and had great tips on how to navigate the area. The concierge was also very helpful with booking trips like kayaking and hiking El Yunque and with arranging taxis to eat in nearby neighborhoods. Highly recommend and we will return to resort.

Nice place, great location for Disney

Property was very convenient to Disney and right behind a Walmart. Surprising quiet despite this. Our only complaint was that there did not appear to be free Wi-Fi. The listing said no password was needed, but we were locked out. Not a huge deal as the place was mainly for sleeping.
