Please note: Access to the clubhouse and resort amenities is limited to homeowners only. Guests do not have access to these shared facilities.



Getting Around:

• Community has a security gate; all drivers must be registered before check-in.

• Overflow parking is not permitted.

• Prohibited vehicles: boats, trailers, RVs, campers, commercial or construction vehicles.



Please be aware that the property is equipped with outdoor security cameras and a noise decibel sensor to monitor sound levels at all times.

Accidents can happen. To keep both guests and the property protected, choose one of the following:

Damage Waiver — Optional.

Small, one-time, non-refundable fee. Covers minor accidental damage during your stay — no separate repair or replacement charges.

Safety Deposit

Refundable alternative. Returned in full post-stay if there's no property damage. Refund processing: 2–14 days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Either option keeps the process simple and the property in good condition for the next guest.

📭 No USPS Deliveries — USPS leaves mail and packages in the mailbox, which we don't have access to. Other carriers (UPS, FedEx, Amazon) deliver to the door and are fine.
