Spa in ground & part of pool. Spa temp104 degrees F/pool temp 85 degrees F. Recommended for stays October- May. The 'Florida Oasis Villa' is a one story 1,682 square foot air conditioned home that has all the amenities plus more for you to enjoy your Florida vacation. The home has a very convenient layout. As you enter the front door there is a closet to hang your jacket and a shoe rack to keep organized. Enjoy the large living room with comfortable sofa (with queen sleeper) and loveseat as you watch the 50 inch flat screen LED Smart television with premium cable channels. From the living room, enter the kitchen with a dining table for six (extra chair for 7th person). The kitchen has all the appliances and amenities necessary to prepare meals. Make a fantastic breakfast with the Mickey Mouse waffle maker. If you choose to eat out, there are restaurants on US 27 or just off the nearby exits on I-4\. If you prepare meals in the home, a Super Wal-Mart and Publix are nearby. From the living room, at the top of the hallway to the left is the Primary Suite with Queen Bed, large walk in closet and floor safe for your valuables. Lounge and enjoy watching the 32 inch Flat Screen TV with cable. The Master Bath has a large garden tub and separate shower. Continue down the hallway and to the left you will find the 2nd bedroom with the Full Bed and 22 inch Flat Screen TV with cable and large closet. The shared bathroom has a tub and shower combination with a Palm Tree theme. Across the hallway and to the right is the separate laundry room with a full size high efficiency washing machine, full size high efficiency dryer, iron and ironing board. You will also find the 3rd bedroom with two Twin Beds, large closet, 22 inch Flat Screen TV with cable and PlayStation 4 with games provided (security deposit with the Property Management for game access). Relax in the bubbling heated spa while watching your friends and family swim in the sparkling clear pool. Choose to have your meals indoors or eat poolside under the shade of the patio umbrella at the outdoor table with seating for four. It has everything you could want the pool is lovely as well. It's a nice neighbourhood in a great location, close to the highways, interstate and theme parks. We often went out to one of the theme parks early, came back and relaxed in the pool for a bit then went back in the evening it's about 30 mins drive to Disneyland. Everything in the house was perfect, fully equipped for an enjoyable vacation. The house is very comfortable and homey, clean and inviting. Our host Sandra was very responsive (even answering texts at 11 pm to settle a question on setting the AC), the property manager was also extremely responsive and helpful. First of all, Sandra is an awesome host and we cannot thank her enough for making our first VRBO stay a great one. Upon arrival our first impression of the house was that it is well maintained and very clean. The location is very convenient if you are heading out to any of the Disney parks as you are able to avoid the nightmare that is Interstate 4\. Our next trip to the area we will consider ourselves lucky if we are able to book this location again. ##### krandall S. Roomie. The location is very comfortable. There is a pool and hot tub and it's a nice backyard. But the hot tub wasn't working and did not work the entire time I was there. And there were just a few little things. There was absolutely no toilet paper in the house. What little bit was on each roll and that was it. Seems like that should be supplied. Property manager was responsive initially about the hot tub, but I have yet to hear back regarding an adjustment in price. ##### Brenda M. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub - worth the extra fee to have the hot tub. It was great to come back to after a full day at disney and universal (both easy 30ish min away). The house has everything- floaties for the pool, games, pool towels, and even beach chairs and cooler with wheels (we didn't get to use them but nice that its available). Others had reviewed there are a lot of notes - we appreciated those as it took the guess work out of knowing which direction to turn a knob etc. We already knew from instructions provided to buy toilet paper, so not a big deal. The kitchen had everything you would need. The beds were very comfortable and the house was nice and clean. The neighborhood was quiet which we appreciated and close to shopping. I will say if you can't figure out anything there are little reminders and notes everywhere. The weather almost hit record highs for May, which felt like a 100 the weatherman said, we were comfortable with the AC set at 77 and having the ceiling fans going. We traveled from ME so you would think we would have an issue with the heat but no we didn't. We weren't bothered by anyone coming by to check on us, unlike every other VRBO we have rented, which at times was inconvenient. The numbers for anything you will need are left to use if you need to. They have put together a book with options of things to do or where to eat. We would rent this lovely home again in a heartbeat. It was an easy process from the time of booking to the time with left. ##### Mark A. Pool was clean and quite nice. The property is a bit dated. It is definitely not a luxury property. All the fixtures appear to be original builders grade quality and focused on costs vs. design / aesthetics. The house is very close to other properties on both sides and back - absolutely no privacy. Other reviews have mentioned the notes everywhere. There are notes all over the house. Some appeared to be a bit ridiculous- for example, is there really a need to put a note on the refrigerator to close the door or notes on toilets on how to flush? We never heard from owner or property manager to check in on how the stay was going. The house is marketed as a Disney house however the property is at least 30 minutes with no traffic or 45-60 minutes with traffic. Review might appear overly harsh - that is not my intention just trying to give an honest review of the property. ##### Robert L. Stayed 3 nights in May 2024 ### 8/10 Good #### Avigayil S. 6 Aug 2023 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, location Disliked: Communication #### Nice house but not great The house is very clean and maintained. the pool is super clean and maintained. we had a few issues with the stay- 1\. there are notes about everything- the doors, the alarm, the thermostat, the kitchen, the laundry etc, my husband found it irritating, I was ok with it, they also listed in each bathroom how many towels are supposed to be there which is odd, I didnt count to make sure we had them all... 2\. the thermostat was not allowed to go under 74 degrees, it was not as bad as I thought but annoying also you need to raise it to 80 so it is stuffy when you get back 3\. the living room couch is AWFUL there are pieces sticking up through the cushions in places. 4\. it is a serious DIY house, there was ONE roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and nothing else to be found, it was annoying to have to go out and buy some when we didnt realize we would have to, I have been at many vrbo and all have had a least a few rolls in the bathroom- I messaged the owner and have yet to hear back.... there are also no disposables, no paper towels, no napkins NOTHING! 5\. the lightbulb in the outdoor light was out so there were only the pool lights which was not much but we managed just annoying. 6\. the neighbors on both sides are SO close and there is no privacy fence between the houses, there is a fence between the houses to the back. 6\. one of the leaving instructions were 'start a load of towels' umm, I found that strange since this should not be my responsibility... ##### Avigayil S. It was our first time in Florida and we definitely made the right choice with this villa. The location is perfect for getting around. Plenty of shops, restaurants etc a few minutes drive from the villa. Disney and universal are also easily accessible from here. Pool was great, rooms are spacious and clean. I honestly dont have a bad word to say about it. We are planning to come back in two years and there is no where else i would want to stay. ##### Dale B.
