The house was set up well for our family of seven that stayed the week. We loved having our own bathrooms attached to four of the bedrooms. Furniture and beds were in great shape and comfortable. The kitchen could use a few kitchen towels and pot holders for hot pans out of the oven. Only one kitchen towel, no pot holders! The pool was fun and the little water park area was nice. Checking in to the actual property can be hectic and traffic in the area is a bit rough. We had a few hiccups but our host was very quick to respond and help us. The basic kitchen supplies are there but a suggestion would be to add more bath towels. They had like one towel in each room. There was like 8-10 pool towels though. Also know that there are only a small number of parking spots at the water park area so be prepared to walk (which may be a long walk). The communication with the agent was poor and rushed w/o providing actual information or guidance. Basically replied to say they replied. Paid for pool heat and received the heat mid way into the stay (day and a half later) Snake in the pool Toilet on 2nd floor didn’t work Jacuzzi didn’t work for the entire stay (horrible) contacted the agent multiple times and nothing was done.. not even a refund for the pool heat.. no point of pool heat w/o jacuzzi working Check in/ reentering the property (sucked, one lane) Temperature of the house… could not get the home cool (sticker on the wall recommends 75 I think the temperature was controlled from outside of the home) Good things: Location No next door neighbor (building a homes to the right of the house) Quiet Clean Home pictures match the house Guest bathroom down stairs in addition to the two bedrooms downstairs Better supplies compare to other homes (tissue, soap, etc) Overall, not that bad of a stay… I just won’t be back. ##### Annie B.
