One bed had a metal frame which rattled with every move but other than that everything else was perfect! 30 minutes or so from universal studios so just right for a quiet neighborhood and a quick jaunt to the theme parks. Publix was a mile away or less as were gas stations. If we return, we will try to get the same house. The property management team is responsive and gracious. However, some things to know if you stay here. Bring extra blankets and pillows. The pullout couch has no bedding or pillows. There are minimal towels, no toilet paper, garbage bags, or dishwasher tabs. Bring these with you.The pool and spa were great, and we enjoyed our stay. The pool was nice, and we had lots of fun with the game room. A couple notes: 1\. When the listing says that an additional fee Is required to heat the pool, that goes for the jacuzzi as well. They are essentially the same thing. The jacuzzi is a mostly separated section of the pool with some jets in the outer wall. Not that the jacuzzi is cold, but it’s not hot as I had anticipated, unless you pay the not insignificant daily fee. 2\. As we were leaving our home to head to vacation, my wife ordered a couple things that would not have time to be delivered to our house so she sent them to the rental. The one that arrived via UPS arrived as expected. The one that was delivered through USPS was delivered to the mailbox which I was informed is inaccessible and we would not ever receive the package. d ##### Matt H. But, all we really want is a bed, shower, and a hot tub. After missing that you need to pay to have the hot tub heated, we got that situated. However we came home from the parks the second night and the hot tub was not hot. The manager talked me through how to turn it on, and got it figured out. Third night came home at 9pm, hot tub is not hot again, but they said it could not be turned on because of hoa rules? We could not use it the morning of our check out either. Long story short, you apparently can only turn on the heater between 8-8pm? And it does not heat during the day apparently because both days it was in the 80s when we got home. I asked the other property owners and they were not aware of any hoa rules prohibiting heating the hot tub after a certain time. So if you want a hot, hot tub - you have to pay extra and then get home before 8. ##### Dale C. I was delighted at how clean and well maintained the villa was. The layout is great for families - especially as we were traveling with my mom. She had her own suite and bathroom, kids were in their own "wing" and my husband and I enjoyed the privacy offered by the homeowner's suite. My boys (age 11) loved the game room in the garage almost as much as they loved the pool. We did have a small issue with the pool motor (no fault of the owner or property management company) and the property manager was very quick, responsive, and kept us up to date regarding the repair. The property is in a great location, just off of Highway 27 with access to numerous shops, restaurants, etc. About a five (5) minute drive from Highway 192 that offers even more, and about 45 minutes from the theme parks. My only suggestions would be: \* A printed manual that outlines operation of some of the tech offered in the house (ie. WiFi, TV's, Thermostat, Pool Remote, etc.). This could also include some recommended restaurants and sites in the immediate area. \* Additional/Upgraded Kitchen smallwares. The appliances are top of the line, but the pots/pans were very worn and there could be more bakeware/storage containers. \* Games/Books/Puzzles - some of the other rentals that we've had over the years had some of these items for rainy days and it might be a nice addition.
