Welcome to your Happy Place! This fully renovated townhome is minutes away from Disney World and other Orlando parks and amusements. It has everything you need for your vacation. Located in the beautiful, gated Emerald Island Resort. You will have access to all the resort amenities, including the club house, two awesome pools, walking trail, tennis court, tiki bar, gym, two playgrounds and more. Easy self check in, Wi-Fi and accessible parking. Our beautiful townhome is perfect and comfortable for up to 6 guests. This spacious unit has three bedrooms; a master room with a king bed and two guest's rooms, one with a queen and one with two twin beds. For your enjoyment, every bedroom has a tv. There are 2 full bathrooms and a half bathroom on the first floor for your convenience. The gorgeous kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and cookware, including washer & dryer. For your safety and ours, the front and rear entrance of our property is monitored and protected by RING. Please Read: Recently, Emerald Island Resort changed their policy on entering the resort. They now require a one-time fee of $20.00 per car for an access card which will allow you to enter and exit the resort. This fee is paid directly to the resort at the clubhouse, when you first arrive for your check in. It is warm and welcoming. The unit is spacious, and the amenities plentiful. Kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, dishes, and a drawer full of utensils/gadgets. Appliances are in good working order Cleaning supplies are provided. The resort is quiet and well kept. It is off the main road, which is 192\. It’s close to all attractions. Perfect condo for 6 people family. Very secure safe and Beautiful resort style neighborhood. Washer dryer is very convenient. Excellent host commutation. Will rent again. Cons: no major cons. Minor con is all bedrooms are upstairs. If you have elderly family members they may not prefer going back and forth always The lights in the bedroom are remote operated and not easy to turn on like normal switches. Overall we had a great stay and would book again. It has a very homey feel. Communication with the hosts was prompt and appreciated. We were in town for an event at DISNEY'S Wide World of Sports and this was super convenient. Also plenty of stores and restaurants nearby but you will need to drive. The home was "as listed". A little short on linens (washclothes), but we had brought extra so were ok. The host was gracious to offer to drop some off if needed. Beds were comfortable but my teens said the twins in the one room were too short for them (they're tallish), but still slept fine. We didn't cook much but the kitchen is well-stocked with adequate dishes it seemed. We appreciated the "starter" items left in the home and found we didn't need to buy much in the way of paper nor cleaning supplies. The neighborhood was great. Quiet. Kids enjoyed the pool just around the corner. Adults enjoyed walking the neighborhood in the mornings. Fitness center was very small, but overall clubhouse is very nice. Probably the only note I'd leave is the house could use a deep clean - blinds, baseboards, curtains, fans are dusty, but my husband says I am nit-picking here. The main areas, kitchen, bathrooms, floors, beds/linens, were very clean. Again, would definitely stay again and would recommend to others as a convenient comfortable stay close to Orlando attractions. ##### Nicki B.
