With its prime location and outstanding amenities, this property won’t stay available for long! Perfect for families or groups, it accommodates up to 7 guests and features a private splash pool. Guests also enjoy access to a clubhouse complete with a gym, game room, heated pool and spa, and a children’s play area. The layout is thoughtfully designed for convenience and privacy. The main floor boasts a queen bedroom with an ensuite (shower) and a fully equipped kitchen featuring a dishwasher, stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and all essential cookware, utensils, and dinnerware. The open-concept living and dining area is spacious, elegantly appointed, and overlooks the private pool with no rear neighbors for enhanced tranquility. Upstairs, you’ll find 2 additional bedrooms: a luxurious primary suite with a king bed and ensuite (shower), and a cheerful bunk room with bunk beds, an additional twin bed and an ensuite with a bathtub. You can still use the pool without heating, of course. \*\* Only the guests who have been registered are allowed to stay in the property. \*\*\* Pool heaters are set to 86 prior to your arrival. The reached temperature will depend on the weather. Pool heaters run 12 hours during the day. No refund or compensation will be given if the pool heater does not work unless the guests paid for the heating of the pool and it is proven that there was a technical issue that created an inconvenience. The refund or compensation will never exceed the amount paid by the guest for the heating of the pool. ? What to Expect Before Check-in Just like when you check in at a hotel, Florida law (Florida Statutes, Chapter 509.101(2)) requires a quick guest registration before your stay. We’ve made this process fully digital so it’s simple and secure, while also protecting both you and us from the scams that unfortunately occur in the Orlando area. Here’s how it works: After booking, you’ll receive a short online form to complete. You’ll be asked to upload a photo of your ID and a selfie holding the ID to confirm your reservation. For added security, we’ll also request a photo of the card used for the booking and a selfie holding the card—similar to how hotels verify your ID and credit card at check-in. Once everything is verified, we’ll provide your digital door code so you can go straight to your vacation home. Please note: at least one guest must be 21 years or older and present during the stay. ?? Important: If registration is not fully completed as described above, guests will not be granted access to the property and no refund will be issued.
