The house includes a Master Bedroom with a comfortable king-size bed, luxury bedding, a private bath, dual shower heads, and TV. 2nd Bedroom includes Luxury Queen Bed & Bedding, with private bath. TV Lounge W/Queen Daybed can easily convert to a 4th sleeping area/bedroom or Movie room when you close the drapes, Outdoor lounge, and Pool (Electric pool heat heater option extra fees apply to cover the electricity cost. Message me if you are interested in this option), Tropical landscaped lit yard, hammock on Cabana deck W/ hammock. A very nice one week stay with family. The home had a very nice layout with bedrooms on each end of the house. We spent most of our time in the backyard which was magnificent! The manual Andy sent before our arrival included videos on how to use the pool, TVs, dishwasher, etc. was very helpful. Check-in was easy and communication with Andy was excellent.

Cozy home in quiet neighborhood

Our family had a great time staying at the house. The kids loved the heated pool in December. They also loved the movie room. We all hung out there together and spent great quality time.

Great stay!

Andy was so accommodating and even checked in on us after we settled in. He made sure the pool was ready and we enjoyed the back yard the entire time! The neighborhood was nice with friendly neighbors we met in our walk around. We’d go back if we were in Orlando again. Thank you!

Perfect relaxing stay

We travel for work. This home is so well taken care of. One of the best places my crew have stayed at. After working all day, coming home and being able to relax. They were very pleased. And Andy is also an awesome host. Was always there to answer any concerns we might of had. Thank you Andy for lending us your home. If we are ever in this area I will definitely rent again.

Nice home for a small stay

The house was clean. The kitchen was missing some essential elements (wisk) and the dishwasher is on extended lift but otherwise good for cooking meals. Unfortunately, we got a cold spell and was not able to take advantage of the pool which is a beautiful feature. The house was quiet which was nice for sleeping. I am not a fan of VRBO homes that do not provide cable and do not tell you. If I had known, I would have brought my (pre-programmed) Roku. It was frustrating to use the TVs. Seems like in trying to simplify (and save cable costs), this function is becoming more challenging. I could not see my parents using this home for that very reason.

UCF Visit & theme parks weekend

This home was perfect for our stay in Orlando. We were in town for UCF’s family weekend and were less than 10 minutes from campus in a safe neighborhood. Took in a football game one night and visited the theme parks the other 3 nights for Halloween festivities. We were impressed with the spacious, tropical backyard! It gave us a chance to relax and enjoy our morning coffee. Bed were comfortable and although we didn’t use the kitchen, the complimentary coffee was a great way to start our day! Thank you Andy for a comfortable stay in your beautiful home. This is definitely a home we would rent again!

Great tropical place!

Thanku Andy for sharing ur wonderful home with us. We only had 4 days to spend. Wished we had more but trying to make all Disney parks and Miami heat game during our stay was alot. Your home feels like a tropical oasis. So inviting with everything you need. And the toilet paper surprise(folded into a rose) was amazing. My sister has travelled alot and never seen that before. The bedding and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. I want those pillows! And the lighting around the pool and yard so pretty at night. I would suggest anyone visiting to get a sun pass. The toll roads are a killer. Exact change needed for most. Took us awhile to remember to fill up with change for them. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Its the 4th vrbo we have tried in 2 years. Highly recommend. All the comforts of home! Thanks again for letting us stay. Hope to do it again.

Found this home and it was close to Full Sail University. We came into town for our son's graduation. Location was perfect and the house had everything we needed. Location is tucked away just off main roads. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful and relaxing getaway

Andy is really well organised for sorting out arrival. The house is beautiful, well located for all the theme parks, close to local shops and bits and piece. If you are tech Savvi this house is a dream and a great coffee machine which I loved. The pool is cleaned regularly, and is really nice to chill out in the back garden, with some music, pool and some drinks. The finish of the house is so much better than many of the faceless plain houses in Orlando. It was roughly half the price of staying at Orlando Studios and couldn't recommend it more highly.
