The home boasts beautiful wood and tile flooring throughout, enhancing its clean, modern aesthetic. Contemporary finishes and chic furniture create an inviting ambiance, making every moment spent here a pleasure.  
  
The spacious living room is designed for relaxation and entertainment. A luxurious wrap-around couch provides ample seating for the entire family, while a massive 80” screen television promises unforgettable movie nights.  
  
Step outside to the relaxing patio, a true oasis with comfortable seating for the whole family, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. The highlight of this outdoor space is the stunning pool, ideal for cooling off on warm summer days.
