Mickey's Splash Pad is a newly remodeled 3bd townhome that offers a luxury space for the whole family to relax and recharge! We are located in the wonderful Windsor Hills resort with tons of amenities. The townhome is down the street from the main clubhouse and amenities. Each bedroom has its own full on-suite bathroom. We have a brand new 65 in smart tv to enjoy family movies after a relaxing day in your own private splash pool!



5-Star Guard-Gated Resort only minutes from Disney!!! The community pool area includes dueling water slides and a children's splash zone!

All guests can enjoy the many resort amenities free of charge, Olympic size lagoon style pool and hot tub, toddler pool, fitness center with top-of-the-line fitness equipment, recreational park with tennis, putting green, volleyball, children’s playground, a picnic area, game room, movie theater, ATM and marketplace & grill. You will have full access to all of the amenities in The Windsor Hills Community.

Self-check-in upon arrival. Access code will be provided one week prior to check-in.

Our Disney-themed home has all the amenities of a home and more. This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhome is located on a quiet street and accommodates up to 8 guests (not including infants).

We are pleased to offer you our tastefully decorated Disney home with a balance of style, comfort and relaxation in mind. Enjoy the north-facing yard with a screened-in lanai and splash pool to enjoy the daily sun and sunsets. The entire home was renovated in October 2023 and features new appliances, large screen tv's, beds/bedding, furniture & more. Out front, you will find your private driveway, with additional parking located across the street. Reserved RV parking is also available.

The first level hosts a kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, a Keurig and a well-stocked kitchen to prepare snacks and meals. The dining area contains a table with seating for six as well as four seats on the island. Also located on this level is a bedroom with a queen-sized bed, 40" Smart 4K TV and en-suite. The bathroom is accessible from both the bedroom and the living area. The spacious living area features a 75" 4K smart TV with cable. Out the sliding door, you will find your very own private splash pool and its is very private. You will also chairs and tables on the lanai to enjoy the daily Florida sun.

The second level hosts a Master Suite with a king bed, ceiling fan, walk-in closet, 60" Smart 4K TV and a large en-suite bathroom with double sinks. Also located on the Second Floor is a Buzz Light Year-themed room for the kids to enjoy. This room features one twin bed, a full / twin bunkbed, a 40" Smart 4K TV and an en-suite bathroom. The laundry area down the hall has a new full-sized washer & dryer. The linen closet has additional towels, beach towels, an ironing board and an iron.

We have a pack n play, gate, and highchair, so you can pack lite!.

Our home is 1.7 miles from Disney, and you can be home from Disney and in your private splash pool in the time it would take you to get from the park to your on-site hotel. Please check our reviews!

We have high speed internet for those needing to work or do school.

It sleeps 8 people comfortably, (4 adults and 4 kids or 6 adults) we have 3 bedrooms each with a private bathroom, one King size room, one Queen size, and the third bedroom with a twin bed and a Bunk bed (Toy Story themed room for the children to enjoy!). The house also has a pack and play (great substitute for a crib/ Cot. Each room has its own tv with cable.

All rooms have been updated. The main living area boasts a BRAND NEW 65 in wall mounted flat screen smart tv. Brand new COUCHES, DINING TABLE and 3 barstools. The kitchen is fully equipped, with Brand new Appliances! Dishwasher, microwave, full refrigerator, stove, coffee machine, toaster, blender, and waste disposal. All towels and linens and towels are supplied for your stay in all our homes, with kitchen utensils and crockery provided too.

Great place to stay!

Wonderful stay!

We loved staying at Mickeys Splash pad! It was clean, spacious and comfortable! The kids loved the pool and the water park. Owners were wonderful to work with. We will definitely be booking again in the future.

Perfect Location

Owner and property manager was extremely helpful through our stay. The location was perfect with being so close to Disney/Disney Springs. The house was clean and well maintained. Layout of the house is great for big or small families. I definitely recommend if you are looking for a great location and a property owner that cares about your stay.

This place was perfect for our family of 4! My boys loved the private pool, the bunk beds and the short walk to the amenities of the area! The place was clean and had everything we needed which made us feel like home away from home. The management and owner were VERY responsive which just made our stay that much better. We will definitely be back!

The home was clean and cheerful with everything we needed for a perfect family vacation. The complex definitely gives off Disney vibes, we all enjoyed the community pool, and the location can’t be beat. The property manager is very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Best Stay Ever!

We truly enjoyed our stay. The beds were very confortable and I loved that each had its own bathroom. It was very clean. One of the best attractions for us were the recliners and reclining sofa for relaxing after those long busy days at Disney. Kids enjoyed the splash pool - great way for them to unwind after a day at Disney. Would definietly recommend or stay there again! Thanks

Family Disney trip

Great townhouse for our Disney vacation! So close to the parks! The beds were comfortable which is important to us. 3 bathrooms meant easier getting out the door in the morning. Splash pool was amazing for afternoon breaks with girls 5 & 8. Will definitely use this option again for our next Disney trip!

Fantastic townhouse

We had the most wonderful stay - the house was just perfect - it had everything we needed. David was a super host - he responded to all queries promptly (prior to arrival). Huge bonus being so close to the Disney parks - this made life easier being able to leave the parks and return later. Would definitely recommend, and would love to return in the future. Thank you.

Wonderful townhouse.

We had a wonderful time. It does however need black out curtains in the bedrooms it is extremely bright in the mornings and more chairs around the pool. Only having 2 chairs for an 8 person townhome is just not enough. Overall I would recommend this place.

Great condo!

We stay in Windsor Hills at least once a year. We've had houses and the townhouses depending on who joins us for our trip. This townhouse was SUPER clean and very nicely decorated. Communication from the hosts was great and we had no issues with anything during our stay. Kudos on the check-out procedures as they are really reasonable! Nothing bad to say about this stay, would stay again for sure! Thanks for another fun visit.

Great place to stay!

We had a great stay here! The space is nicely updated and well maintained. We had trouble with the sliding door leading to the pool, but were told that that’s being fixed in September, and one other small issue which was quickly taken care of by the owner and property manager. Check in was easy and the location is no more than 15-20 minutes to Disney World. Getting off of the highway by Walmart is rough at the end of the day, so make sure you bring your patience and give yourself some extra time. The rest of the resort looked amazing, but to be honest, we were so busy and exhausted we only used the big pool once! Just a side note - make sure that you bring 13 gallon kitchen garbage bags with you - the garbage is supposed to be changed every day so you’ll probably need more than what’s provided.

Mickey Mouse's Clubhouse

The property is very well presented and nicely decorated. Modern furniture, appliances, TV's. Extremely clean. Well equipped. Great location, backs on to greenspace and just a short walk to the Clubhouse. I would definitely consider renting this property again, if it is available whenever we return to Windsor Hills.

Amazing stay!

Our experience was wonderful and smooth from start to finish. We had excellent communication with David when we booked. The property is very well maintained and stocked with lots of essentials. Our check in was smooth and we received all details through email including a follow up after our first day to check in. The place is amazing with lots of fine touches to detail. Our beds were comfortable and the location is great, just a quick walk to the clubhouse with lots of amenities. The location itself is very close to lots of local attractions including Disney. Overall we had a great stay and even tried to book for next year, it was already booked which speaks volumes. We would definitely book a stay at Mickey's splash pad again!

We had a family of 8 stay here 4 adults and 4 kids. It was a great house with everything only a few minutes away. Our kids loved having their own pool and loved the common pool as well. Too bad we spent too many days at the park to enjoy what was offered at the house. This property has a great location, backs on to open green space. It is very clean and nicely decorated. Very comfortable furniture. Has all stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, which is well equipped with dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, and most importantly - lots of wine glasses!! The owner and property manager are very responsive. This was our second stay at this property and the only disappointing thing is that it is not available for us to come back to next year in our time frame. I would not hesitate to staying here again, and will certainly check availabiltiy before I look anywhere else.

Great Stay

We had a great stay at Windosr Hills. The property changed hands just prior to our stay, the new owner was great wtih communication and had done some great upgrades to the property prior to our stay. Beds were comfortable, there was plenty of room for our family of 3. The splash pool was perfect. we were in residence for the hurricane and the property manager checked in with us frequently which was very nice We utilized the Windsor hills concierge for grocery pick up and a birthday party surprise set up which is a really nice service on the property. The property pool and playground are very nice as well Would recommend this rental

Very roomy and sooooo close to Disney World!

We stayed at this wonderful townhome from 8/22-8/27. We loved the roominess and how comfortable it was! We enjoyed the private pool after spending the day at the theme parks. The kids loved the Toy Story room and all of the surprise Toy Story toys in the drawer! My 8 and 5 year old spent many nights before bedtime playing w/ the toys in the room and the Disney Channel on the TV! It must have felt like their own private Disney park! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely do it again. Liz-your rental home is off to a great start!

Amazing Rental!

This property is absolutely amazing! Everything was so clean upon arrival. The kids loved the Toy Story theme bedroom and attached bathroom. The beds were very comfortable and there were ceiling fans in the bedroom! The heated pool was perfect and just right out the back door. We appreciated all the little touches…hidden mickeys, extra pillows, beach towels, etc. We also loved the location. Amazing zero entry pool with water slides and a very nice playground. There is a Walmart and so many restaurants within a few miles. Very close to Disney! The property manager replied to every question within minutes and check in was a breeze. We would love to stay here again!! Thank you for everything!!
