Everything was nice and in good order. Plenty of space to relax and visit. The only issue was with a neighbor's car alarm that kept going off in the middle of the night waking the little ones up. But eventually that seemed to stop. Our hostess was quick to respond to communications and very helpful. .

The house was everything we needed for our group trip. The pool was great for cooling off after a day in the city. The kitchen was super well-stocked, so we could cook up some amazing meals together. Ruthy was very friendly and helpful. We'd definitely stay here again!

This house is beautiful. I was impressed on how clean it was & it had everything we needed & more. The pool was well kept & clean, the beds were comfortable, the bathrooms was spotless, the kitchen was clean. & it was decorated beautifully.

I did not receive information about how to get into the property until well after arriving. A repair person came during our stay to look at the net around the pool. We were not notified that this person was coming. One of the bedrooms had an opening to the rest of house.the house.

Spent a week at the property for my 18year old son's volleyball tournament and brought friends as well. The house fit the five of us just fine. Everything was as advertised our host was on top of things and very communicative. An overall very go experience.

Overall the house was comfortable. Cleanliness was up to par, thru out the property. Pool was a plus that’s why we rented the home to begin with, it was hot outside during our stay. All appliances worked and plenty of silverware to share. Family had a great time overall.

We rented this specific house because of its proximity an event location we needed to be at for the week. We were pleasantly surprised that the house is close to everything - airport, I-drive, parks, grocery, target, Florida Mall and more.The house itself was exactly as described with some nice benefits - good kitchen wear, paper towel, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, dishwasher pucks. We rent often and normally get one of each and then are stuck buying more for the week but not here! The house itself is spacious, beds were really comfortable, the pool was great and the outdoor area really nice. The house backs onto a pond and school and is very private and quiet. We didn't really use the TV but I worked from the home and had no issues with wi-fi or video calls. The house is a little dated but was perfectly fine for our stay and much more spacious and cost effective than a hotel or other homes in the area. We had a few questions for Ruthy while we were there and she was helpful, responsive and a delight to correspond with. We've stayed at a lot rental properties over the years and count this one among the best we've experienced. Would certainly consider this house again in the future.

Pool was amazing, and we loved the location. The house was missing some of the basics when we got there (soap, trash bags, etc) but the host was kind and cooperative and provided these things when we asked. The beds aren’t great, and we found some trash laying around from the previous stay. The house definitely needs a little updating, but for the price this house was worth it!

Host was friendly and very responsive. House very spacious, but needs work on up keep/ cleanliness. One TV throughout the whole home and poor Wi-fi. Great neighborhood. Pool was a plus but weather did not allow use. Overall home is in great location to everything.

House was what we expected it be. Host was quick to respond and help. Really nice lady to deal with House could have a few more things in it like spices and things to aid in cooking and extra stock of toilet papers and paper towels but we were over all happy with the rental. It fit all our needs.

This property was absolutely beautiful, there were 6 of us & we were very comfortable with the size. The pool & the pool area was such a great bonus, we used the grill by the pool & enjoyed the evenings by the pool thanks to the Lanai which kept the bugs out. We were close to stores, gas stations & the airport. Gaining access to the property was easy as pie, communication was also awesome. Ms Ruthy was just a text away. This will be my go- to property whenever I'm in Orlando. We loved it. ❤️ Do yourself a favor and book this house. Such a quiet, safe & great neighborhood.

Reserved a year ago, the dream become a reality for a wonderful month, sun, beach, pool, visits baseball game, basketball, themes parks, air boat ride etc..... Seriously think to come back in endless summer Florida and peaceful Ruthy’s house located in the middle of everything. À very big thank you for the care you take for us during our stay, and your big disponibility solving littles thinks like internet lost during one of our visit.... Well recommend. Pros... The house was very roomy and spacious for the 5 of us. We were only there for a one night stay with a school field trip. The walk out pool was nice, even though we were not there long enough to use it. The home reminded my of Little Italy. It was cozy. The was a neighborhood pond just outside the backyard.Cons...The kitchen counters needed wiping and the floor was sticky. The microwave over the stove did not work. The small one on the counter had to be wiped down before we used it. The dark stained carpet needed a good shampoo. Since the only full bath is upstairs, the home my not be good for some seniors. There's a lack of privacy in the kitchen/living room due to no window or patio door curtains or blinds. My biggest issue was the fact that you cannot control the temperature. You have to contact the homeowner. Because we got in late, ate and went to bed due to having an early morning the next day. I didn't pay attention to the temp. I woke up around two in the morning with a stuffy nose and uncomfortably warm. I'm sure the host would not have responded in the middle of the night to a temp setting. I suffer from sinus issues and the lack of air caused it to flare up. Still dealing with it three days later. I suggest letting the her know in advance your temperature preference. I also suggest bringing extra towels and wash cloths. We did not have for the 5 of us. Also your own toilet tissue.

Clean, all the essentials but a few issues. Beds are horribly uncomfortable and the floor was better. All of the beds were awful. The only ice are trays to keep up with (not fun). And the grill is a charcoal grill (also not fun). But otherwise the house was as described. I should have read closer there was only one full bath with several adults was a pain. I souks not stay here again because of the beds and only one full bath but otherwise it was a good location, clean and nice place.
