The pool area is fully enclosed and private with an outdoor shower and bathroom, also an outdoor dining table and lounge area, making it a great place to spend time with your family and friends. Inside, the home is bright ,spacious, and beautifully appointed. With 9 bedrooms, there is plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. The open floor plan of the main living area includes a large kitchen, dining room, and living room. The kitchen includes a large island with a breakfast bar . Two refrigerators, two dishwashers, ice makers, all kitchen utensils, silverware pots, pans, plates, cups, coffee makers/machines, everything you need for an amazing stay.   
  
Each of the 9 bedrooms (all with tv"s) has been decorated with comfort and style in mind, and all feature comfortable beds and plenty of storage space. The home also has 9 bathrooms, ensuring that everyone has plenty of space to get ready in the morning. There are 4 king master bedrooms and bathrooms 2 located on the first floor.   
  
Other amenities of this vacation home include a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and high-speed internet. The home is also equipped with all of the linens and towels you'll need for your stay.  
  
 When staying at the Encore/Reunion resort, you will also be in very close proximity to various dining options as well as a marketplace for last-minute items. (Our home is also just under a 7-minute drive from Walmart)  
 Our home is just a short drive from all of the attractions that Central Florida has to offer, including Disney, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld.

Loved the location, security, pool and hot tub. Minor issues with dead batteries in remotes and door key code which we replaced. Property management company was very responsive. Only one wine glass so we bought some. The water park is not included but the owner provided us some time. Overall would stay again.

Property manager was attentive throughout the week and property was as described. The only issue we ran into was not having access to resort amenities (gym, water park).

#### Perfect for our Group

We had a total of 14 people this trip and there was plenty of room to where we never felt like we were cramped. The house was close to many grocery stores and restaurants. There were plenty of beach towels and bathroom towels. We did have to buy a few kitchen things like a can opener and measuring spoons but other than that, there was enough in the kitchen to cook for that many people. Management company was always just a call or text away when needee. We would definitely book in the area again.
