Located in Davenport just minutes from Orlando’s theme parks, shopping, dining and other area attractions. Solterra resort is in a great location just 5 minutes from a supermarket and other stores. There is also an Imax movie theater and many other stores located at Posner Park, approximately 8 minutes away.  
  
Heated Pool Fee: $50 per night  
During your reservation we offer the heated pool at a fee of $50 per night. The fee is to offset the cost of the electric utility since the pool heater runs off the homes electricity. Please let us know in advance if you'd like the pool heated.
