This 5-bedroom home is perfect for your escape to an amazing sunset across the lake from your private pool. 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 full-sized, and 4 twin beds. This delightful property offers a serene and peaceful retreat for guests. Enjoy the included conveniences, and resort access is included. Enjoy a short drive to the world-famous Disney World and Universal theme parks, or the peace and quiet of having no rear neighbors when you stay at our place.  
  
While at the resort, you will find many of its amenities, including tennis courts, a sand volleyball court, walking trails, a huge community pool, a poolside Tiki bar, a fitness center, mini-golf, and so much more! Just a short walk away.  
  
Located minutes from Disney World, Disney Springs, and just a short drive away from all of Central Florida's other theme parks and attractions - SeaWorld, Universal Orlando, Aquatica, Volcano Bay, ICON Park, International Drive, and much more.  
  
Our home has all the features to comfortably provide you and your family with the amenities while on vacation! A kitchen ready for your cooking needs, a private pool and spa(can be heated for use during those cooler winter months for an additional fee), and large smart TVs.   
  
Room for multiple families, close to the 192 corridors for shopping and dining.   
Spectacular days and evenings can be spent by the pool overlooking memorable views, with no neighbors behind to detract from the amazing scenery, and only minutes from Disney World.

\- Keyless lock system, no keys  
\- Young children/baby equipment (two foldable strollers, high chairs, and a pack-and-play)  
\- Community amenities include a 24-hour manned gate, tennis and basketball courts, sand volleyball court, fitness center, bike rentals, sauna, mini golf, pool & Tiki bar, and clubhouse.

Heating options are only available for the full term during the rental period and MUST be ordered before arrival to allow enough time for the tech to activate. The pool needs a minimum of 24+ hours to heat, depending on the current outdoor weather.  
  
\* \~ While we offer a pet-friendly home, we ask you to PLEASE send a message BEFORE booking with the breed, size, age, and number of pets you would like to have in your group. We welcome well-trained pets and responsible owners while only charging one flat daily rate of $38/night regardless of the number of pets. ALL pets must be LEASHED when outside of the house or pool area.  
  
It is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED that guests obtain insurance to cover cancellation fees, medical emergencies, personal liabilities, and any other losses that may occur.
