Tuscana Resorts has received the Certificate of Excellence from TripAdvisor for 5 years running! Located 5-10 minutes from Disney World and overlooking the world famous champions gate golf course, this resort is equipped all the amenities to ensure an enjoyable stay; Hot tub, 30 seat cinema, Clubhouse Gym Play Yard Gigantic Swimming Pool with separate kiddie pool Fitness center, BBQ areas, Picnic tables, Complimentary wifi Aircon Security There are restaurants and stores located less than a mile away such as Mcdonalds, Chili’s, Subway, Pizza hut, Publix Grocery Store, and Walgreen’s drug store. This condo is as good as new! It has been fully renovated with brand new modern furniture and televisions (April 2017). The master bedroom boasts a brand new king size bed with a new 43 inch flat screen TV (2160 Pixels). The second bedroom has 2 brand new twin size beds with a new 43 inch flat screen TV (2160 pixels). The living room is equipped with a new 55 inch TV, DVD player, and new pullout sofa which sleeps two. The dining room is also new with 6 chairs to suit a bigger family. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, granite counter tops, and new plates and utensils. Improvements since April 2017: The unit is now stocked with laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher detergent, hand soap.
