We were told while at airport just before flying out that we could not have this rental after having it rented for months in advance, and because we had no choice we had to accept another property that was offered since we had small children with. This new property was inaccessible at arrival due to dead batteries in the door lock. We had to wait for someone to change them out. We had to contact manager of vrbo because there was no way to wipe down counters or wash dishes because there were no dishes towels, dish scrubber, one roll of toilet paper between 3 bathrooms. When we went on lanai it appeared as if someone had been enjoying the pool house because door was open, lights on, food in fridge, and left empty food containers and used towels around pool. She was accommodating to get us some house supplies delivered from Walmart which helped. It was obvious that this place hadn't been site visited by management for a while. Explanation of the cancelation of our original rental made little sense for such last minute switch to this other place. Very disappointing and makes us leery to use VRBO again
