We did have a couple minor issues and reached out via text message and the issues were promptly resolved! My only suggestions are that couple more potholders be stocked in the house, and that items ie: can opener are working. Also understanding that this is a pet friendly house but the rug in the living room was very dirty (maybe just remove it). Other than that the house was amazing and felt clean. There was plenty of room for every. The playroom for the children was great and the game room was fabulous too. There was so much wrong with this rental that I’ll just get to the main take aways. The house at first glance looks ok but once your eyes get a chance to focus on the details.. this house is very dirty and neglected. Baseboards, furniture and walls dirty, scuffed, and worn in. Air vents caked in dust. All the light fixtures upstairs had thick layers of dust on them. Odd splatter stains all over the walls and curtains both upstairs and downstairs. The carpet upstairs matted and nasty. I did not walk barefoot in this house and the kids feet black with filth every night. Throw rugs disintegrating and had obvious signs of heavy pet markings on the bottom. Cigarette butts by the pool. Dishes were dirty in the cabinet. Also this kitchen and house is stocked at bare minimum. We had to make several purchases to make do for the week including a pack and play which is in the listing but not actually there. There’s a filthy crib in the master bedroom that cannot be moved. Which brings me to the next topic. Not a single photo in this listing belongs to this house! I guess VRBO allows for these management companies to post pictures in the likes of the home but it doesn’t have to actually be the home at all. Even the number on the front of the house in the pictures did not match. Hmm. Very disappointing. And the host.. just wow. Poor communication and very condescending attitude in response to complaints. It was a nightmare. I would go on but I’m limited to 1500 characters. Beware! ##### Jessica T.
