Living space

The open-concept main level is designed to bring everyone together. Soaring ceilings and elegant lighting create a bright, inviting living room that flows naturally into a fully equipped kitchen anchored by a large island with barstool seating - perfect for morning coffee before the parks or a relaxed dinner after a full day of adventure. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, extensive cabinetry, a dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, wine glasses, and all the cookware and essentials you need to prepare a full meal or keep things simple.



Sleeping arrangements

Three private bedroom suites are located on the upper level, each with its own en suite bathroom for added privacy and comfort. The king master retreat offers a spacious, restful escape, while the queen suite provides comfortable accommodations for a couple or solo traveler. The twin suite features two twin beds, making it a natural fit for younger guests or siblings sharing a room.



Outdoor retreat

The covered lanai is where the stay truly comes alive. Step outside to a summer kitchen, stainless steel BBQ grill, ample seating for the whole group, and a private hot tub - your own outdoor escape for relaxing evenings after a day at the parks. Whether you're grilling dinner or unwinding under the stars, the lanai brings the resort experience right to your doorstep.



Bathrooms & laundry

With 3.5 bathrooms throughout the home, mornings run smoothly even with a full group. Each en suite is well-appointed with a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hot water. A bathtub, room-darkening shades, and iron are also available for added comfort. An in-unit washer and dryer make longer stays and post-park laundry easy and convenient.



Resort amenities

As part of Magic Village View Resort, guests have access to the pool on the property. Free parking on premises is included, along with free street parking.



Location

Magic Village View Resort sits in Kissimmee, Florida, placing you within easy reach of Orlando's top destinations. Walt Disney World is 15 minutes away, Disney Springs is 18 minutes, SeaWorld Orlando is 25 minutes, and Universal Orlando Resort is approximately 30 minutes by car. Old Town Kissimmee and Fun Spot America are each around 10-15 minutes away, while Shingle Creek Regional Park is just 7 minutes from the door.



Before you arrive

Check-in is available from 4 PM via smart lock self check-in, and checkout is by 10 AM. To help you get started, the home is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, a sponge, dishwasher pods, washer pods, and kitchen towels. For stays longer than a few nights, you may need to replenish some essentials along the way.



IMPORTANT NOTE: Access to amenities is not included. If desired, it may be requested at the front desk for a fee of $100 per day. Wristbands will be provided.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire townhome during their stay. Resort amenities may be accessed according to the property's amenity policy and the conditions outlined above.

Getting Around:

A car is recommended for exploring the Orlando area and visiting the nearby theme parks, attractions, restaurants, and shopping destinations. Free parking is available at the property.
