Well-located near US-192 and leisure, such as cinemas, restaurants, waterparks, shopping centers, 06 minutes from Disney parks, 3 minutes from pharmacies, and Walmart. All of the mentioned, less than 10 minutes from the property. (7562 Br dr) Modern, well-decorated contemporary-style house located in a secure, exclusive gated community with few homes. First Floor: The first floor features a beautifully appointed living room with a 65-inch TV, an electric fireplace, cozy sofas, and a chaise. The kitchen, which opens into the living room, is fully equipped with utensils, a large counter, and a dining area with six chairs, as well as a dining table that seats four. A convenient guest bathroom is available. There is also a laundry room with a washing and drying machine. The floor includes a complete bedroom with a TV, king-sized bed, closet, and private bathroom. A balcony with a barbecue and a six-chair dining set enhances the outdoor experience. Second Floor: On the second floor, you will find the master bedroom, which includes a king-sized bed, TV, work desk, a large chaise suitable for a child, private bathroom, closet, and a safe. In all bathrooms we leave bath towels, hand towels for the number of guests that the house can accommodate. All beds have sheets, duvets and pillows. \* We do not replace bed linen and towels during the guests' stay, all of our houses have a washing machine and dryer. 3\. If you need a crib in the unit, please always request it 48 hours before check-in, subject to availability. 4\. Propane Gas only Grill Rules: For the use of the barbecue there is a fixed fee of $65.00 for the entire length of the stay, for post checkout cleaning and propane replacement. 5\. PACKAGES (ONLINE PURCHASES) • You may send packages to the home during your stay. They will be left on the doorstep. • If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender. UPS, DHL and FEDEX will leave it at the door step. 6\. We are not responsible for items or belongings left in the house after checkout, please, when leaving, carefully check the removal of all your belongings and suitcases from the house so that there are no problems. 7\. Please ask not to go up with shoes, sneakers or slippers on the stairs and in the rooms, as the floor is carpeted and will be stained or dirty. 5\. Found this property in Vrbo and hoped it would be as nice as in the photos and it was BEYOND EXPECTATIONS. Everyone loved the space super clean, very spacious and next to the parks. We had an amazing time and this property was more than amazing. Thank you for the wonderful host and for all their help. Beds not that comfortable but when you're exhausted didn't take much to fall asleep. Communication the weeks prior to checking in were great. However, on the day off check in all communication stopped. I emailed to see if we could check in early (30 minutes early) and received no response. Additionally, there were only 2 wash cloths provided for a 4 night stay where 8 people could potentially stay. Also noted some things within the home, such as spots on the carpet and towel hangers in the bathroom that seemed to be coming off the wall. Sent an email again to the property management and received no response. Last day at location, sent an email advising that we had checked out and received no response. The location was close to the venue. The condo has plenty of room and comfortable seating for hanging around. We enjoyed the pool ($100 extra per day) which was really nice.
