Sit outside on the patio or in the pool and enjoy your favorite drink while enjoying the sun and lush vegetation. We are a short walk to the Community Clubhouse where you will find water slides, a snack shop, splash zone, and much more for the entire family.



INSIDE THE HOME

This complete resort-feel home features a main floor bedroom and a full bathroom, five bedrooms upstairs, with a master bedroom and a huge master bathroom. It has a very functional and comfortable living space and a very well-appointed kitchen. There's tile flooring in the living room, dining room, and family room, as well as in all wet areas. The oversized 2-car garage has been converted into a Star Wars Movie and Game Room for tons of enjoyment and has a separate air conditioner for those hot days. We even have an Xbox One and a Nintendo Switch for more family fun.



Windsor Hills is a guard-gated community located just a few minutes away from I-4 and Disney! This popular community has resort-style amenities that include a large heated pool with water slides and a spa, tennis, volleyball, and basketball courts, playgrounds, and a putting green. The 10,000 square-foot clubhouse has a movie theater, fitness center, game room, and a Sundry Shop and snack bar.



Guest Access:

Our home is dedicated to ensuring your comfort and convenience. You'll find ample space in closets and bathroom drawers to settle in and make yourself at home. Feel free to utilize all the kitchen amenities, but we kindly request that you handle them with care.



To ensure a smooth arrival, we'll send you a Welcome Letter one day before your check-in. This letter will provide you with all the essential details about the property, including the Access Code and its location. Upon arrival, you'll find a lockbox on the front gate, which contains a key specifically for your stay.

Getting Around:

OUTSIDE OF THE COMMUNITY For all the Theme Parks and various sites to visit, the best way to get around is by car. Although there are other modes of transportation, a private vehicle is best. AROUND THE COMMUNITY The property is centrally located to all the amenities in the community. Each amenity can be accessed by simply walking within the community. A detailed map of the community will be provided upon your stay.



Other Things to Note:

Pool heating is $35 per day. We typically charge for the full stay — please message us to confirm if you’d like the pool heated.

Rates are based on occupancy; additional guests may increase the nightly rate.

Guests are responsible for any HOA citations incurred during their stay.

The rental agreement must be signed to confirm your reservation; otherwise, the booking may be canceled.



Free high-speed wireless WIFI access is available throughout the house, extending into the back patio and pool area. Cable TV is available throughout the property, and Netflix is available in all rooms.



Check-in is at 4 pm, and check-out is at 10 am. We allow only 2 cars to be parked in the driveway. If you need additional parking, we have overflow parking in the community.



Please leave the trash in the container by the front door. The trash must be bagged and will be picked up each day. If you have time, please strip any beds that you use and leave the bedding in the laundry. If you have time to start one load of laundry, that's great. If not, no worries.



We provide a small starter kit: (For longer stays, you may need extra supplies.)

Pool heating must be requested prior to arrival. The pool heating fee is per day and must be for consecutive days.



Any guests not listed on the lease for the home are subject to a $200 fine per person. Please send a list of all names of people who will be at the house, as well as a list of drivers of the cars that will be given access.
