    🎉 No Parties or Events: $150 fine; guests may be asked to vacate without refund.

    🐾 No Pets Allowed: $1,500 fine plus extra cleaning fees.

Disliked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
House was not as advertised. Listing stated there were two bedrooms with king beds. (This was very important to us!) There was only 1 king bed. We also arrived very late at night to 83 degrees in the home and a bad ant problem in the first floor. VRBO initially denied the listing was incorrect. I had to send a screenshot as proof. Only then did they offer the use of the BBQ grill as compensation for their error and our inconvenience. We did not even use the kitchen on this trip. VRBO then offered 100. I did not feel this was an equitable solution. (I would never have booked this home but did so based on VRBO’s detailed description.) I asked for 1 night compensation I have yet to hear a response. This was VRBO’s error not mine. I did not receive what I paid for in good faith. Renter Beware!
