FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets. This includes but is not limited to: chairs, tables, tents, portable dance floors, bounce houses, wet slides, etc.\*\*\* \- Pool cleaning is done weekly by a professional company. On rare events, they have to go more than once. If you are in the pool when they come, you will have to come out so they can perform their work. Their service typically takes 30 minutes or less. USE OF POOL The use of the pool requires care and attention, especially with kids. The pool has a mesh cover for the isolation of the area to help prevent accidents. However, we reinforce that responsibility and all care must be taken by all guests. Below are some pool rules for YOUR safety: 1– Do not allow children in the pool area without adult supervision. Make sure, at least, one responsible adult is supervising the children at all times and is able to swim during the entire supervision of the children. Never let children swim in the pool alone. 2 – The safety of your children depends on a on-duty adult supervision. The risk becomes greater when the child is younger than five years. Accidents can happen to anyone at any age, please always stay alert and aware. 3 – NEVER jump or dive into the pool. Never enter the pool with planks or high ground. This is a shallow pool and is not suitable for these activities. Failure to follow these instructions can result in serious injuries or even death. 4 – Do not allow children or adults to play any kind of violent activities or other aggressive sports around the pool area. Failure to follow these instructions can result in injuries or fatalities to those who are in the pool or around it. 5 – Supervise and act : • The supervision of children by an adult must be present and constant; • It’s prohibited racing or violent games around and in the pool; • Don’t allow children who can’t swim to enter the pool without a vest, and always have adult supervision. • In case of emergency: Call 911 6 – Pool toys should be put away and out of the pool when not in use, for your safety, we recommend that you take them out after each swim. 7 – If you are traveling with children, use the pool fence accordingly, and do not place any furniture near it to avoid children climbing over into the pool area. 8 – There is NO lifeguard on duty at any time, you (the renter) are responsible for the safe operation of the pool and are responsible for all persons using the pool during your stay. RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WAIVER OF CLAIMS, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT By making this reservation you choose to waive certain legal rights including the right to sue. In exchange for the Owner allowing me to utilize the home, pool, and pool area during my stay, I hereby agree to the conditions below. This was our second stay at this townhouse and it was amazing again! We love the spacious layout, the kitchen area and our private wading pool. The property is very clean, well maintained and has everything you need for your stay. The host, Rossil is very responsive and she is so accommodating, to make our stay comfortable. We were so pleased at how clean and welcoming the townhouse was. The kitchen is stocked with anything you may need and any questions we had were promptly answered. This was our third time staying at this clean and well-maintained townhouse and we had a wonderful time, as usual. The layout is really great, especially the open-concept kitchen/living room/dining area, which is so spacious. The kitchen appliances are top-notch and for us all the utensils we needed were provided. A highlight for us is the private pool which is so convenient to cool off during the hot weather - there is also a water park a couple of streets away. The host Rossil is FANTASTIC - she responds really quickly and really helps to create a memorable experience! With free parking and no resort fee, why stay in a hotel room when you can access this fabulous townhouse for the same price (or less)?!?! ##### Judy C. Wish there had been more than one set of towels per person since the dryer took so long to dry towels. Hard to be gone all day to Disney and have to dry towels that took over an hour and a half, very hard with everyone exhausted . Only one bedroom had a ceiling fan that worked . Two bedrooms had none and one went so slow no air would move. Only one beach towel for pool so if you used bath towels to dry after swimming you had nothing to use after bath. One bedroom had no remote for fan and took owner until next day to respond as far as if there was one. Very loud neighbors at 3am but can’t do much about that. Mattresses very uncomfortable and pillows lumpy. ##### Betty P.
