Fire up the BBQ grill for a coastal-inspired cookout. LIVING ROOM & DEN Our living room is relaxed and comfy – just like the rest of the house. Natural light enters through a wide picture window and sliding doors, and relaxing abstract paintings also lend touches of warmth. Here, you can kick back on our plush light grey sofa And watch shows and favorite movies on the smart TV. A den off the dining room is another place to hang out with your group. We also ask you to crate your pets when left alone in the house. Please share your pet’s breed and weight information prior to booking so we can provide written approval. Please note: Any sign of pet damage will result in an appropriate fee for the damage at hand. A $200 fee will be applied for unattended pet waste. NO SHOE POLICY We greatly appreciate you taking off your shoes while in the house so we can preserve the rugs and floors. QUIET HOURS Thank you for observing quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. This ensures the peace of the neighborhood and our standing as courteous neighbors. We enforce good neighbor policies on all managed properties. Renting homes in a neighborhood/community is a privilege and must be treated as such. Guests must be mindful of their noise levels at all times and respect the rules of the community. We do not provide speakers and/or sound systems on-site. Anyone found to be violating noise ordinances will be subject to an immediate $3,000 fine, in addition to City-imposed fines which can reach up to $10,000 per violation, and can be removed from the property due to negligence. SMOKING To keep the property fresh and clean for all, smoking is not permitted inside. If smoke is detected, there will be a $1,000 fee for proper deep cleaning and odor removal. Violating this policy may result in guests being liable for the full cost of damage resulting from it. PARTIES & EVENTS Gatherings with your group are great, however, parties and events are not allowed. Any evidence of such will result in a $3,000 FINE and an immediate termination of your booking. SECURITY CAMERAS / NOISE MONITORING Please note that each home has anywhere from 3-4 security cameras covering the outside areas of the property only. Additionally, we do equip each of our homes with a noise level monitoring device This is to remain active to monitor the decibel/sound levels only, to protect against noise complaints from neighbors. It does not record any conversations, simply noise levels. Lastly, we have a device connected to each home, that will alert to the number of devices at the home, to combat any large gatherings and/or parties. FL., down for a State tournament. This house was nothing short of PERFECT! With such amazing space & beautiful rooms. Unfortunately, the house wasn't ready when we arrived at 4p for our scheduled check-in. As the cleaning crew was rushing to finish, the curtains were still tied in knots and I found myself preparing the house for my own arrival. The house is spacious and well appointed. But, this was the extent of my positive sentiments towards the rental property. Many of the blinds had been previously damaged and not repaired which was a problem since many of the bedrooms had partial sheer curtains. The kitchen pantry closet door essentially fell over when we tried to close it, a real safety hazard especially for young children or elderly guests. Moreover, the water dispenser as part of the fridge was inoperable. I would caution to check the labels in the kitchen cabinets indicating the number of glasses and dishes as many were incorrect, and I had to report to the owner. Do this to avoid additional charges as they occur often and without notice (or real reason). Along the same vein, be aware there is an additional cost to heat the pool $175 for day one and $50 for each additional day. The location of the house is central to local restaurants and attractions.
