Luxury Four bedroom Home , Wheelchair friendly, with Pool Spa and Game room.

  • Located in Calabay Parc , Large 4 bed home with 3 full bathrooms, Sleeps 8 guests , Covered Lanai area to sit by pool night or day, rain or shine.
    Pool and Spa, Full game room in garage.
    Dining room, separate breakfast area, Open floor plan for living room, Master bedroom has king bed, Second room has queen bed with full bathroom.
    Third room has queen bed , Fourth room with two twin beds that share bathroom.
    washer and dryer, upgraded tvs, handicap wheelchair ramps, and master bathroom has been converted to be handicap wheelchair friendly , ramps to pool area.
    Fully stocked with linens, dishes, towels.
    Can be to Walt Disney World in about 22 minutes.
    Cocoa Beach is only about a hour drive.
    Pool and Spa heat can be purchased for $30 per day extra.. AC units can not be set below 72 degrees in summer time.
