Broken Luxury Mansion
The overall space of the home and pool was good, but the amount of broken items in this home was ridiculous. The main TV, dishwasher, elevator, spa chairs, oven light, garbage disposal, refrigerator light, Multiple light fixtures in the bathrooms, workout room treadmill and tv’s, mold in the spa hot tub and on the ceiling, missing cushions on the balcony furniture, outdoor grill was disgusting and dirty, floors throughout never mopped & very dirty, & kitchen sink had black mold. All carpets needed to be cleaned or replaced they were so worn and dirty. The bowling ally and games had to be fixed 3 times. The worse thing was the smell of mold throughout the home. It hit you when you walked into the door. We had multiple people with severe allergy reactions from staying in the home. Would never spend that amount on a property again. We felt ripped off.

House was immaculate upon arrival.
We saw the cleanup crew leaving the home. There must have been 10 of them. They met us at the door and helped with our arrival. The pool was already heated and the extra beds requested were in the foyer ready for us. A great time was had by all of our guests.

Thanksgiving Get Away
Home was very nice and my family enjoyed the amenities The home does need some attention. The kitchen floor was dirty when we arrived. Dishwasher broken , handle on the refrigerator was broken but repaired in two days of stay , loose hardware con baths , black mold on the wood in the spa room , These issues should be addressed for an expensive property such as this.
