During and after cold fronts, or in winter generally when days are short, pool heaters may struggle, or even be unable to keep the water at the same temperature until the weather gets warmer. The optional pool heater service must be ordered and paid before our service personnel can turn it on. We suggest ordering pool heat prior (72 to 48 hours) to your arrival. Without optional pool heat, pool temperatures can go down to 52 to 60°F in December to March, depending on the weather. The pool heater will help to warm up the pool faster when it gets warmer outside, however, you should not expect “bathtub temperatures” during, or after Central Florida winter cold fronts or cold nights. \*Unfortunately, we are unable to activate / deactivate the pool heater on short notice or provide refunds for previously ordered pool heater service, but we will try our best to accommodate you. Very clean, has everything you need for a week+. Had absolutely no issues with anything. The neighborhood was extremely quiet. I would definitely go back and rent this house! 5 minute ride to everyday stores like Dunkins, Target, Pubix and 7-Eleven etc. We definitely had a relaxing and stress free week!! ##### Kellie M. Love the cleanliness of the home. Each room was well decorated and the beds were comfortable. Each of the bathrooms were well stocked with towels. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookwares. The covered patio and pool was the perfect retreat to unwind after the kids were gone to bed. It was very clean, plenty of towels and blankets but the washer was broke. I called to let Wanda know the washer was not working and she requested someone to come but they never showed up There also was no sign saying to NOT jump in pool My mother jumped in and broke her knee ##### Kia W. I loved how the bedrooms were separated. The kitchen had all the basic appliances and pots, pans, silverware, glasses, etc. There was even a mixer and cookie sheets to make cookies.
