Very Disappointed

Check-in was frustrating with incorrect dates and registration of names. Five attempts and over an hour total time to correct all issues. The photos are deceiving as the blue L-shaped sectional is tattered, broken and worn. Expected standard of cleanliness was subpar; older and uncomfortable mattresses as well as insufficient amounts of towels for kitchen and bath. Terrible cookware. Thermostat was controlled by owner therefore unable to moderate home's temperature based on personal preference. Property management was attentive with issues when raised, staff are very friendly and resort itself was great!

Bad furniture experience

The furniture was outdated and broken. The condo was nice but the garage sale beds and couches were bad.
