Prime location on a quiet non-through street, the house backs up to Solterra's outstanding amenities: resort style pool, fitness, slide, lazy river, restaurant, clubhouse w/WIFI, volleyball, tennis/pickleball, basketball, sports field & playground. Our backyard path leads to the amenities. Minutes from Disney/Universal/Sea World, 30 minutes from Orlando Airport. 12 guests MAX! King bedroom on the main floor other 5 bedrooms upstairs. Complimentary gas grill. Pool heat extra.
