#### Nice property, aged appliances let it down

Nice property but showing its age. Washing machine didn’t work and had to chase the management company a lot to get it replaced. There were a few other things, some which were fixed and some not. Overall very nice and now has a new washing machine

とてもよかった！ 居心地最高。 ただ、 ナイフが切りにくかったり 洗い物のスポンジや 洗剤がなかったのと、 チェックインのアナウンスが 送られてくるメールでは わかりにくかったので、 チェックインに苦戦しました。 電話でパスワードを教えてもらい 入ることができました。 私はあまり英語が得意でないので その情報も チェックインのメールを送ってくれたら 尚素晴らしいと思います。 もしかしたら、 チェックイン時間に送られる予定だったかも知れませんが その案内がなかったので、 当日施設に早めに到着した時 混乱してしまいました。 ベッドも広く お風呂も広く 総合点は最高です！
