We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spotless, and the amenities were very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, and having 24/7 complimentary coffee available was a huge plus. The staff was friendly and attentive throughout our visit. On-site parking was very convenient, and the location couldn't be better—just minutes away from the outlets in a great, accessible area. We would definitely stay here again!

This hotel was well kept and the staff were very friendly! Breakfast options were good and the timing was plenty for us to eat! It was just minutes from Universal which was super convenient late at night after HHN. We had a wonderful time in Orlando and highly recommend lala Quinta for family vacation!

Great stay for my family while visiting the area and Universal Parks. The full buffet breakfast was great as well as the daily shuttle to the Universal parks/City Walk. All the staff were super friendly and helpful as well. The hotel itself is on the older side but the room was clean and the beds were comfy. Definitely would stay there again.

Staff were very polite and professional. Housekeeping communication was difficult because of the language barrier. Overall we had a good experience, but whenever I tried reaching the front desk, there was no answer. Breakfast was okay, but very busy because of there being two buildings.
