Located in Storey Lake resort which is known for quick access to Disney outside of the Disney resorts on Osceola Parkway which has little to no traffic and is a relaxing ride to the parks.

POOL HEAT:
✨Optional amenity and can be added at a nightly rate of $25 USD, separate request to pay will be sent after you book.
✨Temp will be set to 89ºF.
✨We recommend adding heat from October to March.
✨Pool cleanings are scheduled every Friday.
✨Pool heat is relative to outdoor temperature. When weather goes below 60 degrees, pool heat might not reach desired temperature and would not be able to refund if added.

PARKING:
✨ Free parking in the parking lot next to the unit is available. No limit on the number of cars.
✨ TRAILERS, BUSES, SLING SHOTS, CAMPERS, RV are NOT allowed in the community.

EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT - If you would like an early check-in or late check-out, it is $50 for 2 hours or more, subject to availability. We will do our best to coordinate with our cleaners. They need all the time they can get to make the home nice and clean for your stay!

PLEASE NOTE TO BOOK THE FOLLOWING ARE NEEDED:
✨ A rental agreement will be emailed to you and must be signed within a day or the booking will be cancelled.
✨ A valid driver's license is required for registering with the security gate
✨ $100 security deposit hold to be placed on credit card and released within 7 days after stay assuming the property is returned with no significant damages.

PLEASE NOTE that you are agreeing to the following House Rules if you book:
We live and travel to this home, please respect it!

- Guest booking must be 25+ in age with the exception of children with parents and must be in attendance, no third party bookings.

- Guest booking has at least 1 review with a rating of 4.5 or higher.

- Guest agrees to sign a rental agreement and follow any guidelines set out in the agreement.

- Guest agrees to a $100 security deposit hold to be placed on credit card and released within 7 days after their stay assuming the property is returned with no significant damages.

- NO SMOKING of any kind (cigarettes, marijuana, tobacco, meth, fentanyl, etc). In the event evidence of smoking is found in the property, there will be a minimum of $500 fine plus any additional cleaning expenses imposed to deal with smoke damage and to clean the home.

- NO pets due to severe allergies. In the event a pet or pets are brought onto the property there will be a minimum $500 fine imposed plus any addition cleaning expenses to clean and sanitize the home.

- The community has quiet hours from 10:00pm to 7:00am. Loud noises and events of any kind will not be tolerated.

- No parties allowed.

- This is a self-catering home. We offer several days worth of supplies like toiletries, coffee pods/creamer/sugar, and washer/dishwasher pods. There is a Publix, Walmart, and Target within 1.5. miles to pick up additional supplies you may need beyond that.

- Alcohol and glass around the pool is not permitted due to safety risk. Glass is hard to clean out of a pool and it’s equipment!

- No unauthorized fires inside or outside the property.

- Guest are recommended to purchase travel insurance for the duration of their stay. June 1st to Nov 1st is hurricane season. Refunds will default to booking website policy.

- We will not issue refunds for the closing of any resort amenities due to weather or repairs.

- You will have access to the entire home with the exception of two locked owner's closets.

- For your safety, there is a video doorbell on the front patio that records video and audio when it detects motion or the doorbell is rung.

- There is no United States Postal Service delivery to this address.  However, most larger items on Amazon will get delivered by Amazon truck or UPS.  Smaller items ordered on Amazon could be USPS shipping, however when purchasing such items you can choose to ship to the Amazon locker in the 7-Eleven at 2975 Vineland Rd which is only minutes away and they will take USPS delivery.
