That is about where the positives stop. Reached out to host with a couple questions a week before check-in to which the response was to solicit payment directly to their bank account that was already paid to vrbo. Responded to host that payment was already made and waited until the next day to contact VRBO. VRBO was less than helpful and tried to contact the host. After 4 days of no reply, reservation was finally confirmed. Paid an extra $250 ($50 a day) for the small pool to be heated. The pool was not warm enough to use until the night of the 4th day of our trip. I messaged property manager on arrival to advise. They did not respond for 24 hours with the reply being “the heater was on”. After several more messages trying to convince them that if the heater was on, the temp was not set past 70\.
