There was a lot of things broken it was too much for the property manager to do during our stay stated it will need a home inspection never came out for a home inspection. It should’ve been done before our guest arrived. Reached out several times no response back from the owner. The property wasn’t manicured grass not cut garbage overflowing in the neighborhood sheets was not cleaned. Thank God I bought my own sheets.. each room only gets one toilet paper and two towels low budget. Game room games were broken. broken what a disappointment. Remotes missing for the televisions. Garbage doesn’t come every day to be picked up just overload.Definitely not a five star villa.. they need to do a home inspection before arrival and guests departure the house was not cleaned before hand spend a lot of money for this property rental. It appears that the owner only cares about making money, but doesn’t care about the upkeep of this beautiful home. as of to date, I still haven’t heard back from the property owner on issuing some kind of reimbursement for our inconvenience.
