This place was absolutely perfect! The house was everything we wanted and more. It was super clean had everything you needed and the pool is perfect! It’s very close to all the Disney parks and Close to restaurants and stores it’s everything you need for a great Orlando trip we will be back!

What a property and what a location. Every facility you could need in a location tgat is just perfect to access all of Orlando's theme parks and other attractions. Communication and prior, during and post our visit was exceptional. If we ever csme back to Orlando tjis would be our 1st choice Superb!!

This property is amazing for a steal of a price! I especially loved that all the soaps, cleaners, paper products are provided. From our Disney parking spot to the driveway was at most 15 minutes. This is the only place we will stay at again!

This was the most impressive rental property we have ever stayed at. Our family of 5 spent 3 weeks loving this spacious, clean, beautiful, convent home and can’t wait to go back. So many extras included and Only 12-20 minutes to all Disney parks and 20-25 min to universal parks. Wal mart super Center and grocery stores only 5 min away. Dominic was an amazing host. He offered so much knowledge of the area and ideas of things to do. Amazing experience 10/10 would happily stay here forever!!

The house was in great condition. Ample room for our family and everything was easy to work with and use. Instructions for all the equipment was readily at hand and the neighborhood was nice and easy to get into and out of with little trouble. Location is amazing and allowed for a quick trip to and from Walt Disney World. Pool was nice for the girls to unwind in after some long days at the parks.

The villa is in a great location close to the major highways to get about easily. All very clean on arrival. Plenty of clean towels provided and a kitchen full of all utensils you could wish for. Dominick is a great host and his communications are clear and he is quick to respond. Great pool area and very private with a great view.

I have been vacationing Florida yearly for over 20+ years and this has been the cleanest and best home rental so far. Every room in the house was immaculate. The pool area was spotless. The appliances, utensils, and cookware were clean. The beds were so comfortable. The Smart TV's and wifi access were very convenient. Thank you Dominick for communicating days in advance all the amenities and details with checking in. He was readily available and answered all my questions and concerns. Looking forward to booking it again on next year's vacation. I highly recommend this rental property.

The villa was excellent, just as described. It was very clean and all the little added extras like wash powder, hand wash, dishwasher tablets were supplied which does make a difference. Dominick the host was brilliant, the communication with him was superb. The villa was excellently located to all the parks The pool was great and the host supplied rubber rings, pool balls etc which the kids loved. I would definitely recommend and stay here again

We stayed for 6 nights and enjoyed the property very much, clean, nicely decorated, comfortable modern furniture, great mattresses and pillows, plenty of towels and blankets. Lots of extras like hand and dishwasher soap and paper towels and toilet paper. We had the pool heated as it was a bit chilly out and it was perfect to relax in the water after long day of practice. The neighborhood was quiet and it felt safe. The host was responsive and accommodating. Will definitely use this house again.

The house and host met all our needs. Communication before and during the stay was excellent. The house was beautifully clean and prepped for us on arrival. The lounge area was spacious with ample seating and a large dining table.The kitchen was well equipped and even has salt and pepper as well as cooking oil etc. The beds were very comfortable. The pool was great as was the surrounding patio area. The back of the house looks out over grasslands so you’re not overlooked. We enjoyed sitting out at both the front and back of the house in the evenings, both areas were protected by bug screens. The area was safe and we enjoyed our morning walks around the area. I only wish we could have stayed longer but will definitely book the house again if we are back in the area.

We were really pleased with the villa. It was our first stay here as the villa we usually stayed at had been sold due to the pandemic, so we were unsure what to expect. It was slightly further out than the previous villa, but easy enough to find and to get to and from the parks. There was everything we needed, the layout was perfect for our family. The child lock on the patio door was a blessing. The communication between the owner and myself was above and beyond especially seeing as we had an issue with the damage insurance due to us booking over 12 months previous. I really cannot fault this villa at all, and thank the host for allowing us to stay in his home.

We arrived on April 9, 2024 and we greeted with an immaculately clean property. 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with a beautiful pool lanai. Everything we needed was provided for us (including dishwasher tablets, clothing soap, and cleaning products. We enjoyed the kitchen as it was fully equipped. The beds were comfortable and a washer and dryer were provided for our use. The location was only about 25 minutes from all the parks and restaurants and some were even closer. The host was AMAZING! He checked on us during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed and cleaned the pool lanai area for us during our stay.
