The towels, the sheets, and the furniture were worn. In fact, the towels were limited. In a bedroom for two, there should be at least three towels. Most women use two towels when they shower - One for their hair and one for their body. Two of the televisions did not work. You were prompt to take care of this problem the next day. Thank you. Upon our arrival, we could not gain entry. The door code that had been given to us was incorrect. Fortunately, there was a phone number to call on the wall, so we were able talk to someone and get another code so we could get in. The pool upon our arrival was not clean. Someone did come the next day to clean it. He checked the water, stirred the bottom and then skimmed it. He did not vacuum. If we had had a skimmer, we could have skimmed off the bugs and dirt floating on the top. The next day, when we went in the bottom was stirred up and again, we had floaties on the surface. In addition, the house was poorly supplied. It is easy to see that this house is not owner-occupied. If a family is traveling and planning to stay only a few days, there should at least be salt & pepper, coffee filters and dishwasher soap. There were no games, books, or even a notebook giving tips about the area restaurants and activities. No comforts of home. It was like we were in a hotel! There were little things. Lamp in master bedroom did not work. Very noisy plumbing in master bath with tub faucets were turned on. Noisy mattress in master bedroom. All in all though, the condo was very good. Deconova, however, really needs to work on their communication with their customers. I recieved no info from them that the condo had been reserved. When the latter payment was due, there was nothing from them stating that the balance had been paid. I did receive an update from them a couple of days prior to arrival. The day before we checked out, an email was sent out listing everything you would be charged for if things were not as they should be…. . Just did not seem to be customer friendly at all!! But there were a few issues that need to be addressed. 1\. The mattresses squeak like crazy! 2\. The blinds on 1st floor were broken and missing. 3\. Master shower valve was very noisy during operation . 3\. Master bed needed light bulbs. 4\. A lot of scuff marks on the walls from previous renters. 5\. Bottom drawer of stove was broken. 6\. One side of toaster didn’t work. 7\. Woodwork was not very clean. 8\. The rear entrance gate was not working and was damaged. 9\. The trash truck came to empty the dumpsters at 5:20 am! My complaint is on day 2 of our stay the pool began to drain and continued to drain every day, and the dryer stopped working. Numerous calls and emails to Deconova - property management - were left unanswered. By the end of our stay the pool had barely 2 ft of water left in it and this was one of the main reasons we rented the property. Aside from the fact that I paid an extra $30 to have the pool heated and we couldn't even use it. Not having a dryer for 9 people was a huge inconvenience as well. As I said, I reached out to management to no avail. At the very least I would have expected some type of refund for the pool issue, instead I got ignored. ##### lisa k. Para aqueles que com tanta avidez exigem cumprimento e cuidado com a casa, deve ter a manutenção da casa muito melhor do que a encontrada. As persianas de todos os quartos estão quebradas, não podemos controlar a iluminação pela manhã. O lustre central da suíte superior está piscando, é impossível usá-lo. O da suíte de baixo também. O colchão da suíte master faz um barulho enorme quando nos movemos, terrível dormir lá! situação que se repetiu na cama do primeiro andar! a pia do banheiro de baixo está super entupida. As persianas da sala estão quebradas, não há panos de prato e pouquíssimos utensílios de cozinha. nem mesmo biscoitos podíamos assar. além de tudo isso, a piscina está diminuindo rapidamente de nível e a churrasqueira que pagamos $ 35 a mais está em em mau estado, com uma tampa quebrada, suja e mal conservada. Infelizmente, tivemos toda essa experiência que nos decepcionou e além de receber esse e-mail grosseiro de check-out, apenas afirmou que de fato nosso conforto e bem-estar não são sua prioridade. ##### JOSY L. First time renting this property. House was very clean, close to local attractions and airport. Amenities were great and property manager responded right away to my questions.
