New kitchen / appliances. Wonderful air-conditioned 2-storey villa with its own south-west facing pool and spa with a prime location, undisturbed and quiet, overlooking orange trees and palm trees on the golf course in the prestigious and very popular Highlands Reserve Golf Club. The 1825 SqFt/165 sqm. villa provides everything you need to have a carefree holiday in an area packed with world class entertainment. Within approx. 20 minute drive you can reach attractions like Disney World, Universal Studios and Seaworld. The ground floor of the house provides a family room with vaulted ceiling, dining room, kitchen with dining area, master bedroom with en suite bathroom, and an extra half bathroom with wc and hand basin. Upstairs are 3 more bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. All 4 bedrooms have a walk-in closet and TV. When you are not out enjoying Orlando's wonderful attractions or one of the fabulous golf courses, you can enjoy life in the sun by the large pool, which is surrounded by a mosquito net. The south west facing pool area enjoys the sun from approx. 10AM to sunset. The spa can be turned into a jacuzzi via a timer on the wall, filling it with bubbles and water heated to 37C / 98F ( should you pay for pool heat ). You can also enjoy life under the covered lanai or indoors where there is a 55 inch flat screen TV in the living room. In all four bedrooms are also flat screen TVs. There is also complimentary high speed internet access (Wifi) and telephone with free landline calls within USA, UK and Canada. To make it easy for you to pack your travel bags, the house is equipped with all the necessary bedding, towels (for pool and for inside), hairdryers and more. If you need to wash, there is both a washing machine, a dryer, iron and ironing board. In the garage are three golf sets (2 male and 1 female) to be used at your leisure. There is also a folding baby bed, stair gate, push chair and a highchair available. There are endless opportunities to dine out, but if you feel like preparing your own food there is nothing to stop you, because the kitchen is equipped with large American fridge, microwave, stove and dishwasher and ample service and kitchen utensils for 8 people. It was well stocked with everything you can possible need for a wonderful stay. We had a few issues but they were dealt with quickly and Hayley was super easy to contact and very responsive. The only downside for us was it was a little further out from Disney than we had previously which because of traffic meant a good 30 minutes or more drive to the park every day, and therefore it was tricky to “pop” back to the villa for change of clothes or to use the pool. Also the pool could do with a light at night so it is easier to use when it is dark. The alarm is a great feature and made us feel very secure. This has been a stalwart motive of mine since I first deviated from the norm a couple of years ago and I will likely not rent a hotel room again if a private domicile is available wherever I may be traveling to for more than a day. As to the property it is very comfortable and well appointed. This particular residence is situated on an isolated cliff with the golf fairway separating the houses seen from the backyard at a long distance. Total privacy and tranquility. The house was set up proper to our satisfaction and our party had no complaints whatsoever. My situation was I wanted to treat the family to a couple of Disney park days yet I wanted to retreat to peace and tranquility with a couple of free days to execute remote business activities while the family enjoys the pool lounging around. This house is very close to Disney. I definitely recommend staying here even outside of my reason for doing so.Very nice! ##### Brian B. When we arrived at the property, it was very nice neighborhood. The house was clean and neat. The rooms are very spacious and cozy. The pool was a great size. I let the owners know the day before that I was interested in renting a grill and it was arriving when we were pulling up to the drive way. More than enough utensils available and even some spices to get dinner started. Bed in master and upstairs room was a little squeeky but i let the manager know.
